* MotiveRant: GO throws a big hissy fit all because he's not number one, playing the victim card and views himself as nothing but a stepping stone for Playmaker, and thus vows to take him down to not only become number one again, but also so everyone will appreciate him.

* BreakThemByTalking: Soulburner gets on GO's bad side by pointing out that he's incapable of anything but throwing a hissy fit, all because he's no longer number one in LINK VRAINS. This pisses off GO ''big time''.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: Both Playmaker and Soulburner circumvent the trap activated by SOL Technologies like it's no one's business. The same cannot be said for Kenmochi and Yoroizaka, however, as the trap blows up on them, sending them flying off into the distance.
* ItsAllAboutMe: Ever since he abandoned his reputation as a Charisma Duelist, becoming number one in LINK VRAINS was the only thing GO cared about, and thus vows to take down Playmaker and reclaim that reputation.
* ItsPersonal: GO cares not for the whole bounty hunting thing, signing up as a BountyHunter for SOL Technologies all so he could take down Playmaker and restore his reputation as the number one Duelist in LINK VRAINS.
* RageBreakingPoint:
** When the press bombards Go with questions regarding Playmaker, he snaps and tells them to clam it.
** GO loses his shit when Soulburner labels him a SoreLoser incapable of anything but venting his frustrations all because he's not number one.
* ReforgedIntoAMinion: Lampshaded by Soulburner, who labels GO as a lap dog working for SOL Technologies; or rather, a SoreLoser incapable of anything but venting his frustrations.
* SoreLoser: GO ''really'' doesn't appreciate it when anyone points out that he's no longer number one in LINK VRAINS.

Added DiffLines:

Playmaker and Soulburner are trying to reach the restricted area. However, the two of them run into GO Onizuka! Soulburner decides to take on GO, so that Playmaker can escape.
