Lord Hater's planet conquering is put on hold when Wander shows up to steal his flag (thinking they are playing Capture the Flag) and a new villain, Lord Dominator, arrives to conquer the planet himself. While Wander, Sylvia, Lord Hater, and Peepers are all scared out of their wits by this new arrival, Wander is confident that this enemy is just a friend he hasn't made yet.
