Mica wants revenge for Sapphire humiliating him during a Skoot race, and challenges Onyx to race him in the city streets. While Onyx can Skoot normally, racing's another story, and her friends put her through a training program to help her driving skills. Meanwhile, Sapphire researches how dangerous Skoot racing is and discovers it's caused plenty of accidents.
Onyx vows to race anyway, but when Mica's life is in danger, she puts safety ahead of winning and saves his life. Mica refuses to thank her and wins the race, but Onyx won the real prize--and even Shale admits Mica messed up. But the fact that the race was illegal may cause future trouble...
