Tyler's mental state becomes more unstable. Tyler tells the school counsellor that he's taken up boxing and that he finally feels free to fight. The counsellor reminds Tyler that changes are subtle and sometimes they can be so small that they seem unnoticeable at first.
Tyler asks Tony how Clay got rid of Tyler's guns. Tony tells him that he's never going to learn that information but Tyler reveals he only asked him because he still has one gun stashed in his bedroom. Tony then becomes suspicious of Tyler and tells Clay.
Later on, Tyler looks through crime scene photos, including the one of Bryce's body. The wound on Bryce's head appears to be that of a gunshot wound. A gun sits next to Tyler on his bed.
