Kisegach accuses Bykov of not liking children. A chance to prove otherwise arise when one woman asks him to take care of her daughter Masha for some time (especially since otherwise the woman would ask Kisegach, making his position even worse). Bykov has neither time nor motivation to deal with Masha himself, and assigns his interns to take care of her. Lobanov quickly becomes the only one to stay with her. When bothered with request to "examine" Masha's doll, Semyon explains to her how to use stethoscope, and leaves: he needs to deal with internet provider's tech support (he has problems with internet at home; Bykov previously interrupted him). Bykov talks with Masha and realises that they have much in common, which gives him an idea: allow Masha to shout on interns along with him. Meanwhile, Kisegach, after talking with Masha's mother, realises that Bykov would never agree to play with a child for free, and there's some hidden motive. To her surprise, everything seems fine... and then Masha tells her grandmother how she spent her day, and repeats the insults Bykov used towards interns. Meanwhile, Semyon (who never succeed with contacting tech support, due to Bykov constantly interrupting him) gets called out by Olga for "doing nothing".

Phil's patient suddenly turns out to be a baseball player -- and not just ordinary player, but a captain of the Russian's national league! Phil believes him (after he shows his familiarity with terminology), but asks why supposedly famous sport star must lye in ordinary ward, while he deserves better conditions (completely missing the patient replying with obvious sarcasm), and rushes to Bykov. Bykov agrees... on condition that Phil would find at least ''one'' baseball fan. He predictably fails, with many people being outright surprised that there ''is'' a Russian baseball league.

Meanwhile, another of Phil's patients, Kurishev, seeks Rita's help: he is in debt to the ''very'' dangerous people, and now fears that they may send their men after him (he even initially mistook orderlies for his creditor's goons). He then proceeds to irritate her to no end with his constant calls on her post with various ridiculous requests, like bring him food right into the ward (he's too afraid to leave), lock the ward with him in it, bring him an urinal (despite being close to restrooms -- again, he's afraid to leave), and then to just give him a new ward due to everyone now knowing too well where he hides. At one point she stops answering his calls at all. Kurishev continues his madness, now mistaking some black jeep he just saw in the window for his enemies arriving -- and, of course, calls Rita. She is so fed up with him, she just sedates him.

Phil sends Gleb and Semyon ("armed" with baseball bats) to pretend to be baseball fans, to impress his patient... but they gets spotted by Kurishev, who mistakes them for his creditor's goons and jumpsd out of the window. He survives, but brokes some limbs. Meanwhile, the ''real'' goons arrives... and gets told that Kurishev just jumped out of the window... without mentioning that he survived.

* ChildHater: Kisegach accuses Bykov of hating children when she learns that he deleted the phone number of his daughter ''to make place for a pizza deliver service'', and mentions that one time when he drove his friend's kid to tears by telling him that he would never become a cosmonaut, due to wrong-shaped head ("it wouldn't fit into the helmet"), which Bykov, for whatever reason, considered to be funny. The chance to convince Kisegach otherwise arise when one woman asks him to take care of her daughter Masha for one day, to which Bykov agrees once she mentions that she planned to ask Kisegach before meeting him; his only condition is to tell Kisegach that he is a "[[BlatantLies good babysitter and father]]" -- after which Bykov assigns his interns to take care of Masha, and leaves, giving them carte-blanche (Masha irritates him to no end). He changes his mind when he realises that he can cooperate with Masha to make fun at his interns' expense.
* ComicallyMissingThePoint: When Kisegach mentions that she saw Alisa in her dream, Bykov asks her wether she had seen "[[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alisa_(Russian_band) the full band, or just its leader Kinchev]].
* CultureClash: Phil is sceptical at first when his patient mentions that he is a captain of the Russian's national baseball league, but once the guy proves that he's at least familiar with terminology, Phil asks him why he's not in the VIP ward, being a sport star and all, and then [[SarcasmBlind misses the obvious sarcasm]] and rushes to Bykov. What Phil is unaware of (at least until the end of the episode) is that in Russia, hardly anyone is interested in baseball ''at all'', wether on professional or amateur level.
* ExactWords: How those [[RealAfterAll goons]] were convinced to leave Kurishev alone -- Rita tells them that Kurishev just jumped out of the window; technically correct, she only omitted the fact that he ''survived''.
* FailureIsTheOnlyOption: Semyon spends a full day trying to call internet provider's technical support about internet stopping working -- only to be interrupted every time by something before managing to deal with the problem. In the end, Olga becomes angry at him for "doing nothing". For extra humiliation, Olga succeeds at this ''immediately''.
* HypocriticalHumor: Bykov, when he forcefully hangs the phone when [[RunningGag Semyon tries to call internet provider's technical support]]:
-->'''Bykov''': "Working phone" means that it must be used for work! [makes a call himself] Hello? Is it a pizza delivery service?
* ProperlyParanoid: Another Phil's patient, called Kurishev, is in debt to the ''very'' dangerous people, and now fears even his shadow. He even mistakes the orderlies for his creditor's goons. He keeps calling on Rita's post, asking for food, locking his ward, or to bring urinal right here, cause he's too afraid to leave to use toilet. When he sees a black jeep ("obviously" from his creditors), Rita just sedates him. Then he sees [[ItMakesSenseInContext Gleb and Semyon dressed in black and carrying baseball bats]], and jumps out of the window, which injures him. She then follows into calling him out on driving one of their friend's kid to tears ([[{{Troll}} Bykov]] told him what that he would never become a cosmonaut, due to having "wrong-shaped head" which wouldn't fit into a helmet), and finally accused accuses him of [[ChildHater not liking kids children in general.general]].

Kisegach accused Bykov of not liking kids. Chance to prove otherwise arise when one woman asked him to take care of her daughter Masha for some time (especially since otherwise woman would ask Kisegach, making his position even worse).

Phil's patient suddenly turns out to be baseball player... no, not just ordinary player, but captain of Russian's national team! Phil believed him (after he showed his familiarity with terminology), but asked why supposedly famous sport star must lye in ordinary ward, while he deserves better (completely missing sarcasm in patient's replies), and rushed to Bykov. Bykov agreed... on condition what Phil would find at least ''one'' baseball fan. He predictably failed (with many of whom he asked being surprised what "Russian national baseball team" even exists).

Meanwhile, another of Phil's patients called Kurishev seeks Rita's help: he is in debt to ''very'' dangerous people, and now fears what they may send their men after him (he even initially mistook orderlies for his creditor's goons). He then proceed to irritate her to no end with his constant calls on her post for different bullshit, like bringing him food right into ward (he fears to leave), locking the ward with him in it, bringing him urinal (despite being close to toilet: he fears to leave), and then to just give him new ward due to everyone now knowing him "too well". At one point she stopped answering his calls at all.

Bykov has not time nor motivation to deal with Masha himself, and assigned his interns to take care of her. Lobanov quickly become only one to to stay with her. When bothered with request to "examine" Masha's doll, Semyon explained to her how to use stethoscope, and leaved: he needs to deal with internet provider's support due to having problems with internet (which he failed to do before due to Bykov interrupting him). While he is gone, Bykov talked with Masha and realised what they have much in common, and had an idea: to allow her to shout on his interns with him.

Kurishev continues his madness, now mistaking some black jeep he have seen in the window for his enemies arriving -- and, of course, called Rita. She is so fed up with him, she just sedated him.

While Bykov "played" with Masha, Kisegach talked with Masha's mother and realised what Bykov would never agree to play with kid for free, theres must be some hidden motifs. To her surprise, Bykov tuns out to be okay... right until Masha accidentally repeated some of insults they used near her grandmother when asked how she spent her day. Meanwhile, Semyon (who never succeed with calling support, due to always being interrupted by Bykov) was called out on "doing nothing" by Olga.

Phil sent Gleb and Semyon ("armed" with baseball bats) to pretend to be baseball fans, to impress his patient... but they were spotted by Kurishev, who mistook them for his creditor's goons and jumped out of the window. He survived, but broke some limbs. Meanwhile, ''real'' goons arrived... and were told what Kurishev just jumped out of the window... without mentioning what he survived.

!! This episode provides examples of:
* ChildHater: Kisegach accused Bykov of being this after she learned he deleted phone number of his daughter ''to make place for pizza deliver service'', and mentioned that one time he drove his friend's kid to tears by telling him he would never become a cosmonaut, due to wrong-shaped head (it wouldn't fit into the helmet), which Bykov for whatever reason considered to be funny. Chance to assure Kisegach otherwise arise when one woman asked him to take care of her daughter Masha for one day, to which Bykov agreed once she mentioned what she planned to ask Kisegach before meeting him; his only condition was to tell Kisegach what he is "good babysitter and father". After this, Bykov assigned his interns to take care of Masha, and leaved. He gave them cart-blanch on condition what he would not meet Masha again: she irritates him to no end. He changed his mind, however, when he noticed what they think alike, and allowed her to insult interns on his regard.
* ComicallyMissingThePoint: When Kisegach mentioned what she have seen Alisa in her dream, Bykov asked her wether she have seen full "[[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alisa_(Russian_band) Alisa" band]], or just their leader, Kinchev.
* CultureClash: Phil was sceptical initially when his patient mentioned what he is captain of Russian's national baseball team, but once the guy proved what he's at least familiar with terminology, Phil asked him why he's not in VIP ward, being sport star and all, and then [[SarcasmBlind missed patient's sarcasm]] and rushed to Bykov. What Phil is unaware of (at least until the end of episode), is what in Russia, hardly anyone is interested in baseball ''at all'', wether on professional or amateur level.
* ExactWords: How those [[RealAfterAll goons]] were convinced to leave Kurishev alone -- Rita told him what he just jumped out of window; technically correct, she only omitted the fact what he ''survived''.
* FailureIsTheOnlyOption: Semyon spends full day trying to call internet provider's support about internet stopping working -- only to be interrupted each time by something before managing to deal with problem. In the end, Olga become angry of him "doing nothing". For bonus points, Olga succeed at this ''immediately''.
* HypocriticalHumor: Bykov, when he forcefully hanged phone when [[RunningGag Semyon tried to call internet provider's support]]:
-->'''Bykov''': ''"Working phone means it must be used for work!'' (makes a call himself) ''Hello? Is it pizza delivery service?"''
* TheParanoiac: Another Phil's patient, called Kurishev, is in debt to ''very'' dangerous people, and now fears even his shadow. He even mistook [[BigGuy orderlies]] for his creditor's goons.
** Later, he keeps calling on Rita's post, asking for food, locking his ward, or to bring urinal (despite toilet being very close). Then he tried to ask for new ward, due to becoming "too familiar" for everyone else in his current one. When he called ''again'', Rita refused to even answer. When he called ''yet again'' (this time because he saw black jeep in the window, which "of course" belongs to his creditors), Rita just sedated him.
** Then, when Phil [[ItMakesSenseInContext asked Gleb and Semyon to pretend to be baseball fans, and supplied them with baseball bats]], Kurishev mistook them for ''really'' being his creditor's goons and jumped out of window.
** Ironically, ''real'' goons showed up later for real -- and [[ExactWords were told what he jumped out of window]] (missing the part what he survived).
* OOCIsSeriousBusiness: Bykov agreed to take care of little girl Masha so Kisegach would believe what he is not ChildHater -- and ask girl's mother to compliment him before Kisegach. Unfortunately, Kisegach immediately realised what something must be wrong ''because'' she knows he is ChildHater; if he agreed to all this, he must have some ulterior motives. Meanwhile, Bykov allowed Masha to notice interns' mistakes and insult them on his regard. He managed to find the truth until the end of episode... until Masha's grandmother arrived and asked Masha how she spent her day, and she repeated some of insults Bykov used towards interns (not obscene, but still).
* OutOfFocus: Besides having several minor appearance here and there, Gleb has no his own plot in this episode.
* RealAfterAll: Kurishev's creditor's goons actually showed up in the very end. They were told what Kurishev [[ExactWords just jumped out of window]], and leaved.
* StrangeMindsThinkAlike: When Bykov founds Masha playing with her dolls in weird "game" where "smart doctor" shouts on "dumb doctor", so he would become smart, too, he realised what they have much in common, and allowed her to order his interns around. She later acted in a manner, similar to Bykov's.
* WhatTheHellHero: Not only Bykov deleted his daughter Alisa's number from his phone, he did so in order to make place for ''pizza deliver service's number'', stating what if she needs something, she can call him herself. Kisegach called him terrible father for this, particularly because he is also future father for her baby, too. She then follows into calling him out on driving one of their friend's kid to tears ([[{{Troll}} Bykov]] told him what he would never become a cosmonaut, due to having "wrong-shaped head" which wouldn't fit into helmet), and finally accused him of not liking kids in general.
