* FriendToAllLivingThings: This time, Varya bring into the hospital not so small dog. Why? Because dog was injured by car, and she wants to help it (she is doctor after all... what? she is ''human'' doctor? does it matter?) She even put it into VIP (ie private) ward, which is double no-no.
* FunnyTShirt: After [[AlcoholInducedIdiocy visit to some night club while being drunk]], [[DirtyOldMan Kupitman]] obtained cap with "Sex Inspector" and t-shirt with "King of Striptease" on them.
* GossipyHens: Lyuba has reputation as main gossiper of this hospital, so when she started interrogating Semyon about his breakup with Irina, he rudely shouts her up, thinking what she has asks him with not exactly good intentions. He later apologies for this, after which Lyuba reveals what theres nothing interesting to discuss: just ordinary breakup, nothing unusual. Lobanov [[KickTheDog briefly mentions]] what Irina [[ImmodestOrgasm not exactly quiet in bed]], but when Lyuba realised what this is unrelated to their breakup, she instantly lost interest again... or so she claims, because she tell everyone anyway. Of course, Irina considers this to be extremely dick move. Lobanov tries to [[HeroicSacrifice switch everyone's attention to himself]] by telling Lyuba about [[WrongNameOutburst calling Irina "Olga" in bed (so he shout "Olya, shut up!" just out of habit)]], but not only this does nothing to mend first rumour (its just adds new detail to it), this also enrages ''Olga'', since now everyone thinks what she's [[ImmodestOrgasm loud]], too. How they switched everyone's attention from Irina, Olga and Lobanov? By introducing Lyuba to [[AlcoholInducedIdiocy Kupitman's video from the club]].
* InstantHumiliationJustAddYouTube: After [[AlcoholInducedIdiocy he attained nigh club while being drunk]], all Kupitman's antics were recorded on video and uploaded on Youtube. Gleb helps Kupitman to delete video, but keeps private copy, and later blackmails him to pay him for its deletion, too... which he did not, and later provides Lobanov with this video, which he in turn gives to [[GossipyHens Lyuba]], to distract her from himself. Gleb did return Kupitman his money, though.
* LickedByTheDog: Every time someone tries to insist to [[KickTheDog kick that injured dog out of the hospital]], it licks their hand, forcing them to change mind. This includes Phil, Lyuba, and Kysegach. It ''seemingly'' fails with Bykov, but then he, instead of punishing anyone, insist what someone of them must take the dog home, since after all of this they can't just kick it out.
* PutOnABus: After Lobanov [[KickTheDog reveal to Lyuba]] (and Lyuba [[GossipyHens revel to everyone]] what Irina is [[ImmodestOrgasm extremely loud in the bed]], Irina definitely wants nothing to do with Lobanov. While their breakup occur early, this action also burned last bridge between them, since now ''everyone'' ([[{{Troll}} including Bykov]] mocks her for it, ''constantly''). In fact, now she quite likely may just quit working here at all.
* SnowballLie: Varya bring dog into the hospital. First one to learn about it was Phil, whom [[LickedByTheDog easily convinces dog itself]]. Then they asked Lyuba for help, who (for same reason) agreed to hide them in VIP ward and created cover story about VIP patient who lies her (under Kysegach's order!). The hoped what Bykov would avoid this patient (he ''strongly'' dislikes any [=VIPs=], to the point of open hostility), but instead he comes to complain to Kysegach (because, apparently, she also forced interns to work with this VIP, meaning they have no time for their ''actual work''). Predictably, she was next one to side with them (despite second early treating to fire both Varya and Phil) and agrees to cover them before Bykov, but she still insist what they must find another place for it until the end of day. When everyone leaves for a night, Bykov comes in by himself, and finds the dog anyway; though he comes to wrong conclusions (what Kysegach ''really'' meant this dog when she lied to him about helping their sponsors), and actually react with relief when he learns what it was Varya who brought dog, so strong in fact, he forget to even shout o n anyone... for less than a minute, after which he returns and insist what either Varya or Phil must adopt the dog (ultimately, dog was adopted by ''Kysegach'').
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: That dog Kysegach adopts? We never learn what happened to it after Kysegach bring it home; episode ends before we learn if she managed to convince Bykov or not, and it never appears or gets mentioned in subsequent episodes.
