Sophia wants to go into a night club with Gleb, but he isn't particularly intrigued by this idea, considering that their previous time ended with Sophia becoming totally wasted, forcing Gleb to bring her back home. In attempt to win Gleb's favour, Sophia does all his work for him. He still refuses at first, not trusting her not getting wasted and embarrassing him again, but reluctantly agrees on condition that she would pretend that they aren't related (that, and her doing his second patient). But when they finally arrives, she proceeds to break every single rule and start wild, crazy "fun", and even tricks Gleb into drinking with her. Ultimately, Gleb awakes in one bad with Sophia, naked. But when he's about to panic (knowing ''how'' Kupitman would react), turns out that the girl isn't Sophia; Sophia is at home already. Meanwhile, Kupitman, who barely brought Sophia into adequate state (well, at least she can walk and talk), starts chewing her out for her bad behaviour -- ironically, mirroring the same lecture that Kisegach once gave him. After that, Kupitman orders Gleb to never again go anywhere near Sophia unless it's work-related, and tells him their visit to a night club actually ended: Gleb and Sophia, pig-drunk, came to Kupitman's apartment (being too wasted to even give taxi driver correct address), and banged his door withe their backs while making out. Following Kupitman's orders, Gleb tells Sophia that they would never come to a club again, in harsh, cold tone, without explaining anything.

Maxim accuses Alexei of being "complaisant" (deliberately wording it in such a way to make it sound like insult), due to him always agreeing to help someone -- and not in just "five minutes and done" way. In order to show Max that he isn't "complaisant", Lyosha starts refusing helping anyone, showing that he ''can'' refuse -- but Maxim states that he does that in order to please ''Maxim himself'', and thus he's still complaisant. When Bykov tells them his jokes, Lyosha is the only one to laugh, to Max's disdain, as the jokes are just that lame. Maxim, of course, tells him that it's him being "complaisant" again (this time even Alexei agrees), but then reminds him about about their two weeks-ago bet, wether Alexei is easy to inspire. Turns out that Max had won, since he just convinced Lyosha that he's "complaisant". In the last ditch attempt to prove that he isn't, Alexei tells Bykov that he considers his jokes to be unfunny -- only to take back his words when threatened with night shift... which Bykov comments by calling him "complaisant".

Bykov has a rival "comedian" in a face of new orderly. And he doesn't like it, especially since it seems that the new orderly is funnier than him. Bykov tries to "strike back", but his "best" joke drops flat due to coming at the worst circumstances possible (the orderly's brother just was injured in a road accident), making him sound like a jerk. But Bykov refuses to believe that the road accident was real, and, after doing independent research, learns that the orderly has ''no brother whatsoever'' -- it was just a cowardly attempt to avoid facing Bykov. After all preparations , Bykov finally confronts the orderly. This is the deciding "joke duel": whoever tells the best joke (Lyuba would be the judge), would win a point. Bykov wins with 3:2 score, due to the last joke-sounding insult being so devastating, the orderly had lost the will to resist. But he voices his resignation (he wants to became stand-up comedian) in such a way that it becomes a tie.

* TheBet: Towards the end of the episode, we learn that Maxim had a bet with Alexei two weeks ago: wether Alexei is easy to inspire or not (of which Lyosha promptly forgot); their plot in this episode proves that Max'd won, by convincing Alexei that he's "complaisant".
* BreakUpDemand: Late in the night, totally wasted Gleb and Sophia woke Kupitman up by banging his door when making out. The next day, angry Kupitman orders Gleb to stop relationship with Sophia, here and now -- not so much for Sophia's case, as out of fear for her parents' reaction.
* CantHoldHisLiquor: It wouldn't take much for Sophia to gets wasted. Like, totally wasted.

She became wasted (she has no sense just when she has too much alcohol), started partying wildly, and ultimately Gleb was forced to stop her when she tried to dance striptease on one of the tables. This is from supposedly "house mouse from conservative family".

Sophia wants to go into night club with Gleb, but he isn't particularly intrigued by this idea, considering what their previous time ended with Sophia becoming totally wasted, forcing Gleb to bring her back home.

Maxim accuses Alexei of being "complaisant" (using very insulting form of this word), due to him always agreeing to help someone -- and not in just "five minutes and done" way.

Bykov has a rival "comedian" in a face of new orderly. And he doesn't like it, especially since it seems he loses.

Sophia, in attempt to win Gleb's favour, did all his work with his patient for him. He refused at first, stating she would get wasted and embarrass him again, but reluctantly agreed on condition she would stay away from him when they arrive, so no one would think they are related... and if she would take his second patient, too. Unfortunately, just as they finally arrived, Sophia proceed to break every single rule Gleb established for her, in order to start wild, insane "fun", and even tricked Gleb into drinking with her. This culminated in them awakening in the same bed, naked. Gleb was first to awake, and realised what if Kupitman would find out, it wouldn't end well. Fortunately, it turns out what Sophia already arrived back home, and girl near Gleb is just some random chick from the hospital.

Bykov tried to strike back at the orderly, only for his "best" joke dropping flat due to coming in worst circumstances (orderly's brother was just injured in car crash), making him sound like a jerk.

Kupitman, after barely bringing Sophia into at least somewhat adequate condition (at least she can walk and talk), started chewing her out for her bad behaviour. Ironically, his lecture was exactly like one Kisegach gave himself a while ago.

Alexei, in order to show Maxim he isn't complaisant, started refusing helping everyone, showing he ''can'' do this -- only for Maxim to state what he did this in order to pleas ''Maxim himself'', thus still being complaisant.

Bykov refused to believe what orderly's brother's "car crash" was real, and did independent research -- which confirmed what orderly has ''no brother whatsoever'', and this was just coward attempt to avoid facing Bykov.

Kupitman ordered Gleb to never again going anywhere near Sophia unless it's work-related, reminding him just ''how'' their visit to night club really ended: Gleb and Sophia, drunk as pigs, arrived at Kupitman's apartments (due to being too wasted to at least give taxi driver correct address) and (while wildly kissing) banged his door with their backs.

When Bykov (who tried to prepare for another round with this orderly) tested his jokes on Alexei and Maxim, only Lyosha laughed (to Maxim's disdain, due to "jokes" being just that lame), which Max, of course, interpreted as him being complaisant (and this time Alexei couldn't help but agree). Only after this Maxim reminded him about their bet two weeks ago -- wether Alexei is easy to inspire. Turns out, he is, because Maxim just convinced him he is "complaisant".

Bykov finally faces orderly. This is the deciding "joke duel": who tells best joke (with Lyuba being judge), would win a point. Bykov "won" with three "points" versus orderly's two (last "joke", or rather joke-like insult, was so devastating, orderly had no way to counter it). However, he worded his resignation (he also intends to quit working here to join certain stand-up show) in such a way he won another point, making it a tie.

Gleb, following Kupitman's orders, told Sophia what after that last time, they would never go into any club again, in harsh, cold tone, without explaining anything. Meanwhile, Alexei, to show he isn't complaisant, told Bykov what he considers his jokes (including past ones) unfunny; but when threatened with night shift, he took his words back when allowed, on which Bykov commented what he really ''is'' complaisant.

!! This episode provides examples of:
* ActuallyPrettyFunny: When Bykov told his new "jokes" (very silly and childish) to Alexei and Maxim, Lyosha laughed at them both, while Max didn't (and was punished with night shift). When asked by Maxim why he laughed, Alexei stated what he genuinely liked them (to Max's disdain).
* AlcoholInducedIdiocy: Gleb and Sophia were so wasted, they gave taxi driver ''Kupitman's'' address instead of Gleb's.
* TheBet: Maxim had a bet with Alexei two weeks ago: wether Alexei is easy to inspire or not; Max won. We actually learn about this in the very end.
* BreakUpDemand: After (totally wasted) Gleb and Sophia woke him up late in the night (by banging his door), Kupitman ordered Gleb to stop relationship with Sophia, here and now -- not so much for Sophia's case, as out of fear for her parents reaction.
* TheCameo: Sergei Abramov (stand-up comedian from "Stand Up Show", hosted by same channel as "Interns" themselves) as funny orderly.
* CantHoldHisLiquor: It would require much for Sophia to become wasted. Like, totally wasted.
** According to Gleb, when he tried to bring Sophia into night club the first time, she got wasted in first thirty minutes, forcing him to bring her back home before anything could happen.
** Gleb later brought Sophia into another club, on condition what she would stay away from alcohol. Naturally, she broke this and became totally wasted (also tricking Gleb, who has no better alcohol tolerance, into becoming just as drunk). This culminated in them arriving at ''Kupitman's'' (instead of Gleb's) apartments, accidentally awaking Kupitman in process. This enraged Kupitman hard enough to demand them never speaking with each other again.
* DudeNotFunny: When it seemed what Bykov finally managed to hit back at orderly with new joke which he failed to counter, it turned up what said orderly's little brother just got into car crash, so he was not in the mood. Only after this, Bykov realised why no one laughed. Not that this joke was very funny to begin with, considering it was constructed entirely on insults. Bykov, however, refused to believe this, and after doublechecking learned what orderly has ''not brother at all'' (meaning he [[InvokedTrope lied about said brother to look like a victim]] in order to avoid facing Bykov in "humour duel".
* HardDrinkingPartyGirl: When Gleb took Sophia into night club for a second time, it didn't took long for her to show just ''why'' he was against it. She became wasted (she has no sense just when she has too much alcohol), started partying wildly, and ultimately Gleb was forced to stop her when she tried to dance striptease on one of the tables. This is from supposedly "house mouse from conservative family".
