Jorgen catches a magic illness that prevents him from enforcing Da Rules. Neither his grandmother nor his cousin is available to replace him. Unfortunately, it must be someone from the Von Strangle family who makes sure Da Rules are obeyed. It turns out, Jorgen and Cosmo are related -- before marrying Cosmo's dad, his mother Cosma belonged to the Von Strangle family.
