Uncle Ruckus wants to meet his idol musician Jimmy Rebel, a Confederate sympathizer and white supremacist who performs concerts singing songs that embrace white supremacy and attacks minorities (especially blacks). Ruckus then tries to spend as much time with Rebel as possible without having to explain that he's Ruckus.
