It ends in Madeleine Sailer and 4010 painted as TheScapegoat for CN-2510; reading further into the Chinese branch's interpretation of pataphysics reveals CN-2510 (and by extension SCP-2165) have an actual culprit which the facility fails to catch, a MadGod on the level of SCP-3812's maximum power named the Void Emperor.
