Tweaked wording.

* ChekhovsGun: Ruby has been carrying the Relic of Knowledge ever since the second episode when the train crash separated the Relic from Ozpin. As a result, it doesn't seem at all unusual or important to see Ruby carrying the Relic into battle against the Leviathan. However, when she runs out of time for trying to put herself into the right state of mind to call forth the power of her silver eyes, she immediately calls for Jinn. The very act of summoning Jinn causes time to freeze. She's not interested in asking Jinn a question, she's just trying to buy herself some time to summon her power. Jinn lets her do it this one but warns that it'll never be allowed to happen again.

* TimeStandsStill: When Jinn first appeared, her arrival was heralded by time standing still around the Relic. When Ruby fails to activate her silver eyes in time to stop the Leviathan from attacking her, she calls on Jinn, deliberately freezing everything so that she can buy time to activate her power. She apologises, and Jinn tells her that she won't be allowed to do this again.

The Chekhov trope wouldn't be listed in this episode. What I would say, however, is this...

* ChekhovsGun: That time stands still when Jinn is summoned went from a quirk back in episode 2, to something Ruby weaponized to give herself time to draw on her power.

Okay, that's crazy. We don't need every single still listed as if it's a separate example. A single entry covers this entire montage. Not everything in a show has to be listed for the trope's use in that show to be conveyed.

* ContinuityCavalcade: When Ruby tries to invoke her Silver Eyes light, viewers are treated to a montage of stills, most of which are based off scenes from the first three Volumes.
** The first image is of Taiyang and Kid!Yang. Behind them is a wagon, presumably the one Yang told Blake she put Ruby in when searching for her mother in "Burning The Candle".
** Next is Team RWBY reacting to Zwei in "Field Trip".
** Team RWBY about to have their FoodFight in "Best Day Ever"
** Team RWBY about to eat ramen and Team JNPR about to order ramen in "Round One"
** Ruby and Penny talking in "Never Miss A Beat"
** Ruby and Yang watch Jaune get airsick in "Ruby Rose"
** Pyrrha, presumably after her fight with Team CRDL in "Extracurricular"
** Jaune training from a recorded video of Pyrrha in "Remembrance"
** Yang, Blake, Nora, Ren injured, Ruby checking on Yang and Cinder incinerating Pyrrha in "The End Of The Beginning"
** Penny's death in "PvP"
** Team RWBY about to build bunk beds in "The Badge And The Burden Part 1"
** Weiss serving Ruby coffee and Blake cheering Weiss in "The Badge And The Burden Part 2"
** Yang comforting Ruby in the "Volume 5 Yang Character Short"
** Team RWBY after the events of "Breach"
** Jaune about to dance with Pyrrha in "Dance Dance Infiltration"
** Team JNPR about to face Team BRNZ in "New Challengers"
** Ruby latching onto Qrow in "It's Brawl In The Family"
** Ruby talking to Oscar in "Necessary Sacrifice"
** Maria lecturing Ruby in "Dead End"
** Penny talking to Ruby in "Painting the Town"
