* BoisterousWeakling: The Celestial Dragons, or World Nobles, claim to be not only the rulers of the world, but living gods, with the powers of life and death over all other people in the world. But, in a WorldOfBadass, they are entirely made up of regular (and often out of shape) mortals with absolutely no combat training whatsoever. Any pirates capable of actually reaching Sabaody alive could pulverise a World Noble without breaking a sweat. What gives them so much confidence (aside from seven centuries of indoctrination in the idea of their divinity) is that they can unleash the Navy's most powerful fighters, starting with the legendary ''[[PersonOfMassDestruction Admirals]]'', on anyone who dares to raise a hand against them. Logically, they can also dispatch the World Government's elite assassination corps the Cipher Pols to kill anyone who angers them and hire the best mercenaries that money can buy with their limitless wealth to keep themselves from being touched in the first, but these aspects don't get brought up.
