* DudeNotFunny: Joel calls Crow out for claiming there's a situation where Gypsy is injured an unconscious during Segment 4 with, "Hey, I don't think that's very funny! Not even to joke about!"

* WrongfullyAttributed: In his intro, Forrester says that ''Indestructible Man'' stars "Casey Adams of ''[[Recap/MysteryScienceTheater3000S02E04CatalinaCaper Catalina Caper]]'' fame," but Adams (a StageName that Max Showalter used for part of his career) wasn't in ''Catalina Caper''. The "Tell 'em about it, Lawrence" line he follows up with shows that Forrester (and probably the ''[=MST3K=]'' crew) thought that Adams played Arthur Duval in ''Catalina'', but that was actually the somewhat-similar Del Moore.

!!The Mystery Science Theater 3000 presentation of ''The Indestructible Man'' ''Film/UnderseaKingdom'' (''Episode 2: The Undersea City'') has examples of:
* BreakingTheFourthWall: Crow, impersonating Creator/AlanThicke as a commentator for the "Any Excuse for a Parade" Parade, explicitly refers to Tom Servo as being from "TV's ''Mystery Science Theater 3000''".
* CallBack: "Hurry, Diana!", as heard in future experiments. Or, more specifically, '''''"DOOOOOYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNN!"'''''
* LeftHanging: Not only do they not view the next chapter of the serial, they don't even make it to the end of '''this''' chapter; halfway through the film just abruptly cuts off in mid-scene and the end card appears, and Servo delivers a quiet and sarcastic "Well, how about that?"
* PepperSneeze: During the "Undersea Kingdom" parade, Gypsy sneezes when the Pepper float passes under her, causing Tom Servo (acting as a submarine float) to burst into flames.
* ShoutOut: When Crash and Mindy are revealed to have gotten off the cliff, Tom Servo shouts, [[Literature/{{Misery}} "How did they get off the cock-a-doodie cliff? This is wrong!"]]

!!The Segments:
[[AC:Prologue]]
* The 'Bots and Magic Voice have switched voices with each other. Joel is briefly confused, but he figures out the trick.

[[AC:Segment 1]]
* Dr. Forrester and TV's Frank are apparently hosting a swinging party down in Deep 13, and they claim to have an invention that has made them the life of the party, though they stay tight-lipped about it. Joel shows off his new line of Cereal Novels, novels on the backs of cereal boxes meant for feeding both body and mind.

[[AC:Segment 2]]
* The SOL is hosting the "Any Excuse for a Parade" Parade, and this year's theme is ''The Undersea Kingdom''. The parade starts out great, but it soon takes a disastrous turn when a sneeze from Gypsy sinks the Tom Servo "balloon".

[[AC:Segment 3]]
* Joel explains why pain is such an important sensation for humans to possess. He, Servo, and Crow then discuss what wild and dangerous stunts they would do if they became indestructible. Joel's are rather harmless in comparison to his creations'.

[[AC:Segment 4]]
* Joel tries imitating Lon Chaney's iconic eye-squint. The 'Bots mock him for it and hog the whole sketch, leaving Joel to lament over what he's unleashed on the world.

[[AC:Segment 5]]
* Incensed by the lame cop-and-doughnut jokes Joel has been making throughout the film, Crow and Servo force him to sign a sworn affidavit stating that he is to never again make such jokes. He does so, but only on the condition that the 'Bots also sign. The police stop by Deep 13 because of the noise the party has been creating, giving the Mads a ticket for disturbing the peace.

!!The Mystery Science Theater 3000 presentation of ''The Indestructible Man'' has examples of:
* DonutMessWithACop: Utilized so many times that in the final host segment, Joel, Servo and Crow agree to sign an affidavit swearing that they would ''never'' make cop/donut jokes again. (Also done in real life by the Brains.)
* NotSoStoic: Another one of the few instances where Joel becomes angry and impatient. It occurs during a very long and very boring dinner date between a stripper and the detective.
* RepeatAfterMe: When Joel reads the affidavit to not use any more cop & donut jokes:
--> '''Joel''': I, state your name...\\
'''Tom/Crow''': I, state your name... (giggle) \\
'''Joel''': (irritated) Oh you guys, cut that out! That's just as bad as doing donut jokes!
* TakeOurWordForIt: The Mads are hosting a swinging party at Deep 13, with lots of fabulous celebrities, all conveniently off-camera. Also, they have an Invention Exchange, but it's too cool to show ''you''.
* TakeThat: A couple jabs at the Los Angeles Police Department, since the episode was produced during the Rodney King trial.
* ThousandYardStare: The young woman telling the cops about her close encounter with Butcher creeps the guys out because she stares at the camera for most of the scene and ''just won't blink''.
* ToiletHumor: Due to the climax of the movie slowly playing out in a sewer, the trio begins volleying jokes about what they're walking in only to immediately cringe and groan in disgust. Perhaps the worst one involved one of the cops offering another a half-eaten "sewer donut".

!!The Mystery Science Theater 3000 presentation of ''Undersea Kingdom'' has examples of:
* BreakingTheFourthWall: Crow, impersonating Creator/AlanThicke as a commentator for the "Any Excuse for a Parade" Parade, explicitly refers to Tom Servo as being from "TV's ''Mystery Science Theater 3000''".
