* SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome: When K suggests [[StatingTheSimpleSolution contacting the leader of Kalifadik to negotiate the release of the twins]], Zed says they [[SimpleSolutionWontWork don’t have diplomatic ties there]]. Given their AllCrimesAreEqual policy, it would be virtually impossible to form a positive relationship with someone of this mindset. Especially when they send enforcers beyond their borders when they could simply try to negotiate an extradition.

Added DiffLines:

* AffablyEvil: After confirming that the worm he’s with has not committed any crime against Kalifadik, Kel teleports him back to MIB headquarters, even wishing him a nice day.
* AllCrimesAreEqual: Anyone that commits a crime on the planet Kalifadik suffers life imprisonment. Whether it be going below the speed limit in a warp speed zone to tearing off a mattress tag.
* BatmanGambit: K has a Arquillian masquerade as Ebel’s colleague to trick him to revealing Jeebs is next on their list of targets.
* GreaterScopeVillain: The High Council of Kalifadik sent two of their enforcers, Ebel and Kel, to Earth to teleport their aliens that committed a crime on their planet. One of them admits that the council will send more enforcers should the mission fail.
* HalfTheManHeUsedToBe: This happens to Jeebs when K and Kel shoot him at the same time with their teleporters. His bottom half is sent to a zoo, while his top half is sent to Kalifadik.
* NoNonsenseNemesis: Kel the Enforcer is only focused on completing the mission he was given by the High Council of his planet, only attacking MIB because they are directly interfering with his mission. He takes a worm hostage to pressure MIB to release his colleague Ebel, and again against an Arquillian on his list of violators because J threatens to shoot him.
* OhCrap: Kel has this when he’s surrounded by the violators he sent to Kalifadik, especially when he doesn’t have his teleporter to help him escape.
* RiddleForTheAges: It’s never revealed what crime Jeebs committed against Kalifadik, but given [[DirtyCoward his]] [[FriendInTheBlackMarket role]] [[HeelFaceRevolvingDoor on]] [[{{Jerkass}} the]] [[OnlyInItForTheMoney show]], it’s not too hard to imagine the possibilities.
* SkewedPriorities: When K mentions that an Arquillian is the next target for the Kel, J is more upset that the worms took all the coffee he made.
* ThisIsGonnaSuck: Before they’re teleported to Kalifadik, the twins are fully aware about what’s going to happen to them.
* TookALevelInBadass: A temporary example. When one of the worms is accidentally fused with J’s cells, he starts looking and acting like him. The change is enough for K to let him take J’s place. He returns to normal by the end of the episode.
* YouAreWorthHell: A location example. Apparently, the beaches of Kalifadik are attractive enough that people are willing to risk the possibility of life imprisonment for a minor slipup just to visit them.
