During the events of "Once Upon A Time in New Mexico", Jenna and Racheal babysit Coop's cousin Skippy.
On the planet where the Ultra-Cadets reside, the planet is under attack, but a race of giant bug monsters known as the Gendar, which is a spoof of the Blue Gender insects from the same anime. A city is evacuated and the Ultra-Cadets engage against the insects. They are overpowered and defeated. The Ultra-Cadets make a retreat.
While they got everyone to safety, the Ultra-Cadets fear that the serenity, the biggest city will be next. It is revealed that an evil empress, known as Lunareon, is responsible for the Gendar attack. Nova fears they might not be able to defeat the Gendar. Galaxia suggests they ask Coop for help. The others refuse at first, considering what happened the last time they asked for Coop's help. Comet mentions that Coop did return to defeat the Kurdoch, but destroyed several cities in the process. The Cadets, ultimately relent and ask for Coop's help. They call first, but Skippy picks up the phone and takes a message.
At the junkyard, Jenna is working on Megas, while talking to Coop, who is still in Santa Fe. Racheal is watching Skippy while Jenna works on the car. Skippy annoys Racheal by taking her magazine. Racheal cases Skippy through the junkyard. Jenna finishes her work on the car and goes to find Skippy & Racheal.
Racheal eventually catches Skippy and proceeds to pound him, when the Ultra-Cadets show up. They ask for Coop's help. Jenna states that Coop is not here at the moment, but perhaps she could help. The Ultra-Cadets say that their planet is under attack by Empress Lunareon and her Gendar army. Jenna says she will help. Racheal mentions that they are currently babysitting Skippy. Jenna realizes they will have to take him with them. Skippy asks if he could pilot Megas. Jenna says no, but Skippy mentions that Coop has been training him.
Jenna, Racheal, Skippy, and the Ultra-Cadets warp to the Ultra-Cadets planet. Another city was destroyed by the Gendar. Jenna says she will help fight the bug monsters. Skippy asks if he could destroy a few, but Jenna says that Skippy will not be coming.
Both Skippy and Racheal think leaving Skippy alone is a horrible idea. But Jenna states that because whatever those bugs are already destroyed this place, there is no reason for them to come back. Jenna feels Skippy will be more safe here than with them. Jenna then tells Skippy to behave himself and that she will make it up to him when this is over.
Jenna, Racheal, and the Ultra-Cadets leave to go fight the Gendar. Skippy complains about being alone, while throwing some rocks. One of the rocks hits a gendar insect, which was left behind. It wakes up and sees Skippy. It goes to attack Skippy. Skippy runs for his life. He tries to contact Jenna, but he loses his communicator that Jenna gave him. Skippy continues to flee from the gendar insect.
Near the Serenity, Megas 2 and the Ultra Cadets battle the Gendar. The Ultra Cadets use their signature moves to fight as well.
Back at Skippy, he continues to evade being attacked by the gendar chasing him. He eventually makes his way into an abandoned base, located below the city. He comes across a giant robot that resembles G1 Blitzwing. He goes inside and tries to use it. He fires a blast from a cannon, which destroys the insect chasing him on the surface. Skippy then activates the knowledge integration system, which uploads the instructions of using the robot into his brain. Now he has full mastery of using the robot. He decides to take it for a test drive.
Megas 2 and the Ultra Cadets continue to fight the gendar. Racheal asks if they should check up on Skippy. Jenna remarks that Skippy can take care of himself. It shows Skippy having the time of his life. He imagines himself destroying the middle school with his robot, similar to what Coop imagined doing to the DMV. He continues to have fun with his robot.
Lunareon becomes annoyed that Megas 2 and the Ultra-Cadets are defeating her army. She sends another wave to attack them. They go and engage with the Ultra Cadets & Megas 2. The Utlra Cadets and Megas 2 encounter some issues, but are able to handle the situation. This infuriates Lunareon more. She decides to send the entire Gendar army after them. She also notices Skippy's robot flying near them.
Thinking that this is an assassination attempt, her ship attacks Skippy. Skippy says that he was just going on a joyride, but she accuses Skippy of attacking her. Skippy and Lunareon fight Lunareon's ship transforms into a robot like attack carrier and engages Skippy. During the fight, Skippy thinks he broke his robot as the shoulder cannon comes off. However it is supposed to come off. Skippy and Lunareon continue to do battle.
Back at the Serenity, the Ultra Cadets get overpowered by the Gendar and retreat within the Serenity, leaving Megas 2 to fight the Gendar itself. Jenna does her best to fight the Gendar, but she is having trouble as well.
Back at the fight between Skippy and Lunareon, Skippy gets the upper hand and manages to destroy her ship. She makes an escape, but Skippy's robot catches her, trapping her in steel.
At the serenity, Megas 2 is dfeated by the Gendar. The Serenity is about to be breached, when Skippy's robot shows up to fight. It manages to destroy the rest of the Gendar. Jenna thanks the pilot, who reveals himself as Skippy. Jenna told Skippy to stay put, but if it wasn't for him, she would have been killed. She then asks Skippy if he's going to tell on her. Skippy says he is, but may be persuaded to keep quiet if he can keep the robot. She allows him to do so. Lunareon is arrested and carted away, but not before swearing revenge on both the Ultra Cadets and Skippy.
Back home, Coop and Jamie criticize Jenna on babysitting. Jenna says that is is a long story and she will be happy to explain it over some pizza, which she will treat.
