A printing press is in full swing in Carlin's house. Chiko takes the finished newspapers to the stack, but then Krash appears and demands to stop the machine. He doesn't like the headline that Carlin wrote. According to Krash, the newspaper headlines should scream. A new version of the newspaper was printed, and Krash and Chiko distributed it to friends.

There is no need to write anymore, but suddenly Krash sees Rosa falling from a swing. A few minutes later, Krash and Chiko will deliver a new issue of the newspaper, which tells about the terrible fall of the Rosa. After reading the newspaper, all the adults run to help Rosa. Rosa goes to the editorial office and demands to be told to write that everything is fine with her. Krash fulfills her request, but in the same newspaper, he writes that Barry was attacked by a giant caterpillar. Now everyone is running to save Barry. Krash is making a new issue where he writes about the mysterious disappearance of Wally. Seeing that all the adults are running to look for him, Krash asks them not to worry about such things anymore.

Krash and Chiko are sitting on the shore. Krash comes up with a new headline while sitting in a wheelbarrow. Suddenly, the wheelbarrow rolls into the sea and begins to sink. Chiko runs for help. He explains the situation to adults, but they do not pay attention to him, thinking that this is only happening in the newspaper. When Krash is finally rescued, he is very cold and shivering in a hammock. Carlin explains to him that newspaper headlines should not shout, but gently whisper. Krash notices a rainbow over the clearing. Not the last one at all.
