Too many inbounds

"See No Ed" is a Season 3 episode from Cartoon Network's show WesternAnimation/EdEddNEddy.

The kids of the Cul-de-sac are enjoying the day to themselves, but when realizing the Eds haven't popped up as usual, they start to suspect it's too good to be true and go investigating.
----
!!"See No Ed" contains examples of the following tropes:

* ADayInTheLimelight: For the Kids, but mostly Kevin.
* AmusementParkOfDoom: Regardless if the Eds were there or not, Chimp World was bound to end in disastrous failure as the rides fell apart the moment they were used and the children end up trapped in peril.
* AnimalMotifs: Chimp World.
* AwLookTheyReallyDoLoveEachOther: Nazz gets worried that the Eds go missing and both Jimmy and Rolf even express guilt about their absence. But then Jerkass Kevin lashes out at them for mourning over the Eds' absence.
-->Nazz: Gee, I hope they're okay.\\
Kevin: Oh, please!\\
Rolf: Rolf is riddled with guilt over the missing Ed-boys!\\
Jimmy: I have a confession: I've wished this every birthday could've come true!
* BigEater: Ed, as usual, is shown to hide whole cooked chickens in his room.
* BitchInSheepsClothing: Tired of waiting for Jimmy to get down from the ramp, Sarah kicks it so hard that it causes Jimmy to fall to the ground. She tends to him and acts as if she wasn't responsible for his injuries.
* ChekhovsGun: Parodied. Kevin tries to pull his bike trick from earlier to save himself from falling, but he does it too late.
* DartboardOfHate: A pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey variant focusing on Eddy (target is his butt) at Jimmy's "No Eds Celebration" party. More evidence that the kids dislike Eddy the most out of all three Eds.
* DirtyCoward: Only Kevin would have the guts to abandon his crush Nazz and all his other friends when they're desperately in need of rescue.
* DoesNotLikeSpam: Rolf dislikes raisins, which is unfortunate for him since they seem to be Jimmy's favorite cookie and there were only raisin cookies at his celebration party. Rolf confuses raisins with rabbit droppings.
* HelpImStuck: Nazz yells this when her head gets stuck in a tire.
* IdiotBall: The fact that the Eds are limiting the search for Ed's mask to only a fenced alleyway instead of you would think, Ed's HOUSE.Though it could also be that it took a long time just to get Ed dressed up as a monkey or making the monkey suit.
* JerkassHasAPoint:
** Kevin was right to warn the kids not to go into Chimp World.
** .
* KidsAreCruel: The kids outright celebrate the Eds going missing by throwing a party for it. Subverted as the Eds cause chaos and scam the kids out of their money, so it's pretty understandable.
* LowerDeckEpisode: This episode is mostly just to show what the Cul-de-sac does without the Eds and then how they would react to the Eds' absence.
* MusclesAreMeaningless: Despite being the second strongest kid in the Cul-de-sac, Rolf is unable to escape from a pile of bananas.
* NakedPeopleAreFunny: The episode ends with Eddy stripping himself and his friends down to their underwear. He takes it a step further by removing Double D's pants and underwear, leaving him completely nude.
* ParanoiaGambit: How do the Eds invoke this in Kevin? By simply not showing up at all.
* PoorCommunicationKills: Even though Kevin advised them not to do so, the kids went and played on the Chimp World slides anyways.
* RunningGag: Each place that Johnny recounts having been features him having his head stuck on something.
* ShoutOut:
** The title is based on the term "See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil" and this term is often associated with monkeys or chimpanzees. This episode puts a visual emphasis on chimps and bananas.
** Nazz mimics Tarzan while playing on the Chimp World ropes.
* SkewedPriorities: Just why did Eddy and Edd think that Ed cosplaying a chimpanzee is so important to opening a playground for the kids to play in?
* SympatheticPOV: This episode puts perspective on the other kids and their relationship with the Eds. They even show regret for their occasional vindictive side towards them, though it is made apparent that after being harassed so long, they've become rather desperate to be freed of their supposedly cartoony antics and scams. The one exception, is Kevin, one who is usually the most belligerent towards the Eds, who here from the beginning thinks they are just always out to get him.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: Kevin's fate is left unknown, other than the fact that the Eds and the viewer hears him scream for some reason.
* WhatTheHellHero: While not exactly a hero, Kevin gets called out by the kids for abandoning them when they all cry for his help.
