While trying to find a place called the Wind Cavern, two siblings arrive at the Halidom in need of shelter. Euden and the crew notice them and let them inside due to how strong the winds were starting to get. From there, the two introduce themselves as Loise and Lowen, who are on the run from a dragon named Garuda. The reason Garuda is chasing them is because she want Lowen as a sacrifice.
