The anime interlocks the manga content with the surprise welcome party for Allen subplot from the two previous episodes, and starts the episode with Allen already in the headquarters before the robot gets crazy, also including a lot of extra content such as Kanda's involvement in the destruction of the first Komurin or the scientists of the Order devising ways of saving Allen from the rampage of Komurin II.
