* {{Big Bad}}: The Hidden is the creator of many apps which he uses to steal innocent people’s faces. He only seems slightly amused at the thought of him ruining innocent people like Keira’s lives. He might have said that if a face appeared in a photo from this app then the face would be stolen on the Terms and Conditions, but still.

* WhatHaveIDone?: Keira realises that the app steals any face that appears in one of its photos, even a toys face. Keira has appeared in many selfies taken by the app, so her face has vanished.

Keira is happier now that she doesn't have to take any more selfies, and she gave Brock her sisters phone number. Brock texts Marcy to ask her out. However Marcy remembers her deal with The Hidden and reads the terms and conditions before texting back. She discovers she promised to give him ''both'' her and Keira's faces if either of them ever appear in any photo again. When she goes to try to warn Keira and stop her from appearing in a photo with Glams and Sammy, she succeeds but she is unable to stop her father taking a family photo including both girls. Later, The Curious explores the now-empty gallery.

Keira starts experiencing blurry vision and requests for "gallery bids" from the app in the morning, but ignores it. Marcy rushes Keira who mentions she bought them both festival tickets. Marcy also notices on Keira’s phone a text come through, from Brock. But she says nothing about it to Keira. Whilst she is at work, customers start screaming at the sight of her. She rushes into the bathroom and, although barely able to see, recognises that her face is now almost completely blank and what’s left of her face is a bit like a skull. Marcy returns home angry that Keira has been texting Brock, but Keira explains that they arranged to go to a festival and bring Marcy to spend time with him - since Marcy doesn't use social media Brock found it tricky to contact her. Marcy forgives Keira. Marcy is then horrified to see the state of Keira's face and works out that it was something to do with the app. She goes online and finds dozens of reviews from people whose faces were all stolen by the app.
