A later repeat of the episode, as well as the DVD release, overdub the line (albeit poorly - only the last word is swapped), turning it into "Thieving bastard yobbos!". The VHS release retained the original audio, and oddly enough, the DVD release of season 1 had that particular chapter of the episode named 'Thieving Gyppos' on the scene select, despite having the redubbed line.
