The Kettlemans fire HHM and hire Jimmy after Kim tries to get them to accept a plea bargain that includes jail time for Craig. Jimmy also tries to get them to accept, but Betsy blackmails Jimmy by pointing out the "retainer" the Kettlemans paid him could be considered a bribe.

Jimmy discovers Kim has been demoted to the document review office because she lost the Kettleman account. Mike and Jimmy steal the embezzled money from the Kettlemans and give it to prosecutors, compelling Craig to take a plea bargain so that both Kettleman parents don't go to jail.
