President Roslin struggles to hide her discomfort with this change in leadership, noting that she and Adama have forged a good rapport after working together through recent crises. Cain initially claims she won't interfere with operations aboard ''Galactica'', but it isn't long before she's assigning her crew to the ship and issuing universal orders.
