''Toy Story 4'' is a {{physical pinball table|s}} based on [[WesternAnimation/ToyStory4 the film of the same name]]. Designed by Creator/PatLawlor (with software by Joe Katz and artwork by Creator/JohnYoussi), the game was released by Creator/JerseyJackPinball beginning in June 2022.

The primary goal of the game is to play through various modes representing different portions of the movie, ranging from rescuing Forky to playing through carnival games and earning toys/perks for Carnival Multiball. A 10 inch[[note]]254 mm[[/note]] screen on the playfield keeps track of objectives and takes center stage for a VideoMode, while the Take a Chance Wheel bestows various awards and occasionally spins on its own to become an obstacle. In addition, the Caboom jump ramp can offer big points under the right conditions, while Gabby Gabby pops up from underneath the playfield to act as a target. Only after finishing the seven main modes will the player reach the final WizardMode, "Meet Me at the Carousel" -- and only after finishing them ''twice'' will they be able to play through both versions of the mode, which has two variants for both Woody and Buzz's group of toys. All of this is accompanied by footage from the film and specially-made voice clips from Woody, Buzz, and Bo Peep (the latter two being [[RoleReprise reprised]] by Creator/TimAllen and Creator/AnniePotts, respectively).

There are two distinct versions of the machine available: a Limited Edition that functions as the baseline model and a Collector's Edition that adds some bells and whistles (including a moving topper on the backbox, a plunger knob shaped like the ''WesternAnimation/LuxoJr'' ball, and additional voicework from Annie Potts). They are respectively limited to 5,000 and 1,000 units. Unlike most Jersey Jack games before it, there is no unlimited Standard model.

!!''Toy Story 4'' contains examples of:
* LosingHorns: Failing the SkillShot sometimes causes the game to play the traditional "wah-wah-wahhh" horns in response.
* MatchSequence: In a machine packed full of alien toys, a claw reaches down and lifts the match number out of the crowd.
* MythologyGag: If the player gets a high score, they enter their initials on Mr. Spell (the pseudo-Speak & Spell toy seen in every ''Toy Story'' film except ''4'').
* OffTheShelfFX: [[https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/jjp-toy-story/page/65#post-6977826 Many of]] [[https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/jjp-toy-story/page/66#post-6977909 the character figures]] seen on the playfield are pre-existing cake toppers.
* ScareChord: Every time a [[DemonicDummy Benson]] post pops up on its own (primarily during "My Good Friend Benson," a mode dedicated to them), a dramatic sting plays.
* ScoreMultiplier: One of the possible rewards on the Take a Chance Wheel is "Super X," which doubles all scoring. Shooting the Caboom ramp can increase it up to 4 time the norm.
* SkillShot:
** The regular skill shot requires the player to carefully plunge the ball into the Woody saucer (located on the far right of the playfield) for at least 50,000 points, 50 tickets, and an increased bonus multiplier. The game allows for up to three attempts, after which it automatically sends the ball in full-force and counts it as a failure.
** The Super Skill Shot requires shooting the upper loop after completing the regular skill shot. While doing so only awards 10,000 points and a single bonus multiplier, repeating the shot bestows the same reward every time.
* SpellingBonus:
** Hitting all the F-O-R-K-Y targets starts the mode "Forky Rescue."
** Spelling A-L-I-E-N lights the Take a Chance Wheel for an award.
** Spelling G-A-B-B-Y-G-A-B-B-Y by hitting the namesake character enough times starts Gabby Gabby Multiball.
* VideoMode: Tiki Party Pinball is a virtual pinball table played on the smaller playfield screen. The player is given 30 seconds to try and light the three top lanes, at which point a multiball mode begins on the main playfield.
* WizardMode: Completing all seven primary modes lights "Meet Me at the Carousel," a final mode that has two variants (representing Woody and Buzz's groups). Both versions last for four phases, each of which requires the player to fulfill a specific objective (most frequently shooting a specific shot three or four times) before getting the ball into the scoop to progress. Finishing the mode starts "Fireworks," a multiball revolving around shooting the jump ramp for jackpots. (Completing it at least twice increases these jackpots' value tenfold.)
