* There's Bobby's hellish vision of Hank as Satan in "Hilloween", made all the worse in that he's looking directly at the screen as he does it.

** Worse than that after they save Luanne a the first time [[WhatAnIdiot PEGGY TAKES HER BACK!]] While the cult first denies any association with her, Peggy convinces them to take her back [[WhatAnIdiot and brainwash HER too.]]

* "The Texas Skillsaw Massacre": The death of Hank's classmate Big Jim, and the events leading up to it.
* The hippies' drug-based hallucination of Hank in "The Son Also Roses" can be a bit unsettling.

King Of The Hill is a pretty laid-back cartoon, but it is made by the same guy who introduced the world to ''Beavis and Butthead'', so there are some moments that come off as nightmarish.

King Of The Hill. Sure its a cartoon about the daily lives of a dysfunctional texan family and you probably wouldn't expect any nightmarish moments from a funny likeable sitcom like this. But you'll be suprised to see just what nightmare-inducing real life situations the characters always encounter some of them might just leave a couple of good scars "Ill tell you what."
