He's got an intimidating design, he introduces himself by means of an UnflinchingWalk towards Hiro, he dons a nightmarish mask, and best of all, he commands a legion of black flying "microbots," which he can bundle into a wave to surf on or attack people. Said swarm of microbots makes a hissing sound, to emphasize this.
