Cleaned up wording outside the spoiler tags, added a missing example and fixed the ZCE of relying solely on episode titles. They're meaningless to anyone who hasn't seen the work, and examples are supposed to make sense to people who haven't seen the work. I've highlighted when in the show those episodes actually occur.
