''Lochinvar'' is an 1897 {{Swashbuckler}} by Samuel Rutherford Crockett (''Literature/TheRaiders''). It forms a sequel to ''Literature/MenOfTheMossHags''. Wat Gordon [[ChangingOfTheGuard takes over]] as hero from his cousin Will as both try to build a new life as soldiers in a regiment of Scottish exiles in the Netherlands: but he soon gets swept up in the plots and intrigues of the villainous Earl of Barra.
