!!Provides examples of:

* DeathByChildbirth: Ninenya's mother died giving birth to Ninenya.
* DelicateAndSickly: This trope pretty much sums up Ninenya pre-incarnation. In fact, even post-incarnation, the person now living in her body found it too weak to do anything other than being bedridden for two chapters. The difference is that, while the canonical Ninenya already lost the will to live, post-incarnation Ninenya wants to survive.
* IncurableCoughOfDeath: Ninenya suffered this when she first woke up in this world. She knew from the web novel that she only had three months to live.
* NextLifeAsAFictionalCharacter: The woman woke up one day as a character in a web novel that she was reading. It was unknown if she died or not.
* PrematureBirthDrama: Ninenya's mother was so stressed from her family being executed for treason that she gave birth to Nineya too early, causing the girl to be born DelicateAndSickly.
