The character isn't always a Jerkass. However, I added that they're arrogant because that's a requirement for this trope to qualify (as stated on the main page). I also removed the "and then some" part because how severe this is varies; some cases aren't that harsh but others are. Additionally, I added some hopefully fitting links and made another change or two.
