*** It seems the most popular pairings involve pairing Corrin with his/her relatives (to be fair, the Nohrian siblings are [[NotBloodSiblings adoptive]], [[spoiler:and the Hoshidan siblings are all revealed to be adoptive as well]]). For example, Female!Corrin is commonly shipped with her adoptive brothers Xander and Leo, and with her ''actual'' brother Takumi ([[spoiler:while they're actually NotBloodRelated, they ''think'' they are until their S-Support]]). Meanwhile, Male!Corrin is commonly shipped with his adopted sister Camilla and [[spoiler:Azura]], who ''looks'' to not be related to him [[SurpriseIncest but is actually]] [[KissingCousins his long-lost cousin]]. And yes, the game ''actually lets you'' marry any of these characters, even in the West.

* ''VideoGame/DevilMayCry'': Shipping Dante with his twin brother Vergil is popular among the fans of the series. It helps that they're both very attractive and very badass fighters whose intense rivalry yields some of the most memorable battles across the whole franchise. Also, they can never bring themselves to truly hate each other and share a feeling of respect towards one another. And it ''doesn't'' help that Dante openly shed tears when he believed his brother to be dead and had one interesting taunt towards him ("How about a little kiss from your little brother?")

** From ''[[VideoGame/FinalFantasyX2 FFX-2]]'' we have [[KissingCousins Yuna and Rikku]]. There's canon IncestSubtext - Brother Rikku]], largely due to Rikku being touchy-feely with her cousin and [[IncestSubtext affectionate towards his her]]. At one point, Rikku even compares herself and Yuna to Lenne and her dead lover Shuyin, with Rikku empathizing with Shuyin's desire to protect Lenne at all cost - just as Rikku [[LadyAndKnight had done for Yuna]] during her pilgrimage.
**Brother is Yuna's other
cousin Yuna who canonically nurses a crush on her - but exploring it is not particularly popular.

* ''VideoGame/BioShockInfinite'':
** It's near impossible to find a Lutece fan who doesn't ship them together. In fairness they're not really siblings, but [[spoiler:ScrewYourself]] isn't much better.
** [[spoiler:Booker and Elizabeth]] have an enormous fandom despite the whole [[spoiler:father and daughter]] thing that was kind of an important revelation.
* ''VideoGame/BlazBlue'':
** Brothers Ragna the Bloodedge and Jin Kisaragi are possibly the most popular yaoi pairing, and doubly supported by the two's fierce rivalry. What really sells it is Jin's rather unhealthy obsession with killing Ragna, and the creators' tendency to play with it in the various Gag Reels.
** Ragna and Noel Vermillion, whose fandom weren't impeded at all by the revelation [[spoiler:Noel is a clone of Ragna and Jin's sister Saya]].
** Ragna/Nu ([[spoiler:who is also a clone, like Noel]]). Nu is a full blown {{Yandere}} for Ragna, and all of her interactions with him have very [[InterplayOfSexAndViolence overt overtones]].
* Magus and Schala of ''VideoGame/ChronoTrigger'' are often a target of this by some fanfic writers, building off of some perceived implication that the siblings were attracted to each other when they lived in Zeal. Note that Magus was about 9 or 10 at the time, while Schala was in her late teens.
* ''VideoGame/{{Cuphead}}'' and his pal Mugman are occasionally interpreted as this. Whether this also qualifies as a ToyShip depends on how you interpret the clashing definitions of their VagueAge[[labelnote:elaboration]]writer Evan Skolnick, [[https://twitter.com/EvanSkolnick/status/953431259161673728 considers them adolescents,]] while [=StudioMDHR=]'s official twitter has [[https://twitter.com/studiomdhr/status/949297839594704896 describes them both as "kidults"]][[/labelnote]].
* ''VideoGame/DeadOrAlive'':
** There's a large [[YuriFan yuri fandom]] sect dedicated to shipping Kasumi with her aloof half-sister/[[ChildByRape cousin]], Ayane. Most often seen on Rule34 and various "booru" sites where Kasumi and Ayane are frequently paired with each other.
** Kasumi-Hayate is also fairly popular, mostly in fanfiction. Mainly due to Kasumi's [[IncestSubtext fierce loyalty and dedication]] her brother. She even went so far as to flee her home village to seek vengeance on her uncle, Raidou, for crippling her brother. A decision which made her an outcast, thus she can never return to Hayate's side. Which has lead some to interpret their relationship as that of StarCrossedLovers, rather than siblings.
* In ''VideoGame/DevilSurvivor'', the second most popular pairing for the protagonist his cousin Naoya. Most of this comes from Naoya's strange obsession with him, but, interestingly, the revelation that [[spoiler:Naoya and the protagonist are also brothers, and in fact the reincarnations of the original Cain and Abel, respectively]] only seems to have made the pairing ''more appealing'' to the fangirls.
* Considering that ''VideoGame/DragaliaLost'' is about the relationship between the Alberian Royal Family, this was inevitable. The most obvious paring would have to be Euden and Zethia, mainly because Zethia is a DamselInDistress and Euden is a [[KnightInShiningArmor Knight (actually, prince) in Shining Armor]]. They have an incredibly close bond together, and, despite being separated for most of the game, it strengthens even further as the game progresses. Many see their relationship as paralleling that of [[WesternAnimation/{{Amphibia}} Anne and Marcy]], whom are ''very'' commonly shipped together for similar reasons. With that said, Euden is implied to be UsefulNotes/{{Asexual}}, so some have tried shipping Zethia with [[EvilTwin Nedrick]] instead. There’s also [[MyFutureSelfAndMe Zena]], whom is also shipped with both Nedrick ''and'' [[ScrewYourself Zethia]]. Safe to say, between the four of them, they’ve been paired up together every which way. While not as popular as the more central characters, some also like to ship Leonidas with Chelle.
* Hawke/Bethany has a surprisingly strong following in ''VideoGame/DragonAgeII.'' Isabela and Merrill weren't everyone's cup of tea, and Aveline wasn't a love interest. Cue a large amount of people shipping Hawke with his/her younger sister. There's also a considerably smaller, but still noticeable amount of shipping for Carver/Hawke.
* Fraternal twins Anna and Mihael in ''VideoGame/DragonValor''.
* ''VideoGame/FarCry5'': There are fans who ship at least two of the three Seed brothers together, or even as a OneTrueThreesome. The most popular seems to be John/Joseph, as John is shown to be highly obsessed with and clingy towards Joseph.
* While it's likely that some degree of IncestSubtext was intentional in ''VideoGame/FatalFrameII'', especially when it comes to Mio and Mayu, [[spoiler:the latter being portrayed in the [[VideoGameRemake remake]] as more or less being a {{yandere}} for for the former]], all the [[{{Twincest}} twins]] in the game get shipped to some extent. Itsuki and Mutsuki are an especially popular pair, as their [[OneTwinMustDie Crimson Sacrifice Ritual]] failed apparently due to there being too much love between them.
* ''Franchise/FinalFantasy'':
** Faris/Lenna from ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyV'' has some popularity. The general interpretation for this pairing is that Faris's BigBrotherInstinct[[note]]technically ''sister'', but this is Faris[[/note]] towards Lenna is actually romantic interest.
** From ''[[VideoGame/FinalFantasyX2 FFX-2]]'' we have [[KissingCousins Yuna and Rikku]]. There's canon IncestSubtext - Brother towards his cousin Yuna - but exploring it is not particularly popular.
** Due to the nature of "[[{{Subtext}} Subtle Romance]]" of ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyXII'', some fans decided to assume that Basch has no eyes for anyone but his twin brother Noah/Gabranth and vice versa.
** And in ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyXIII'', there is Lightning and Serah.
* ''Franchise/FireEmblem'':
** The king and queen of this trope would be half-siblings [[VideoGame/FireEmblemGenealogyOfTheHolyWar Eldigan and Lachesis]], while the prince and princess would be fraternal ''twins'' [[VideoGame/FireEmblemTheSacredStones Eirika and Ephraim]].
** The romance system in ''VideoGame/FireEmblemGenealogyOfTheHolyWar'' allows for KissingCousins, of which two pairings are actually half-sibling incest[[note]]Because Aideen and Briggid are identical twins, any children they have are genetic half-siblings. This does not preclude the pairings of Lana/Faval and Lester/Patty[[/note]].
** The romance system in ''VideoGame/FireEmblemAwakening'' allows for cousin marriages as well, although the NA/PAL releases {{Bowdlerize}}d this slightly by referring to such pairings as "[[PlatonicLifePartners companions]]" rather than husband and wife. However, they failed to do this for the ''aunt/nephew or uncle/niece'' pairings that are possible by pairing Chrom with either Maribelle or Olivia and then pairing one of the resulting children with Robin and the other with Morgan.
** ''VideoGame/FireEmblemFates'':
*** Velouria is very clingy towards her parents, especially her father Keaton. Though this is explained by her parents leaving her months at a time because they have to fight in a war, it doesn't stop certain fans from seeing Velouria's attachment as something far less wholesome.
* ''VideoGame/GoldenSun'':
** The most obvious is Felix and Jenna, who are siblings (and appropriately dubbed "[[SurpriseIncest Oopsie-shipping]]" by the fans).
** Fans also like to pair up Alex and Mia, who were confirmed to be cousins by ''Dark Dawn''. This one however is a special case, as the reveal only happened years after the first games, when the ship was firmly installed. Like the 4koma example below, this is a rather meta case of SurpriseIncest.
** A 4koma doujinshi, ''Golden Sun Gag Battle'', has Ivan [[PowerPerversionPotential trying out his new Reveal power]] on [[spoiler: Hama and Feizhi's clothes.]] To be fair, ''Gag Battle'' was published before ''The Lost Age'' outed [[spoiler:Hama as Ivan's sister]], making this a rather meta case of SurpriseIncest.
** ''VideoGame/GoldenSunDarkDawn'' brought several new sets of relatives to the table, with the (in)appropriate reaction from the {{Shipping}} fans. Nowell and Rief are treated as a joke couple in most cases, but shipping either of them with [[spoiler:Amiti]] is fair game... and, technically speaking, a distant enough relationship to be legal even by American standards.
* ''VideoGame/GreedFall'' has the protagonist De Sardet and their cousin and childhood friend Constantin D'Orsay. Constantin cannot be romanced and is strictly a GuestStarPartyMember, but De Sardet is repeatedly shown to be the most important person to him, and [[spoiler:after he pulls a FaceHeelTurn, De Sardet can accept his WeCanRuleTogether offer. The fact that [[NotBloodSiblings De Sardet turns out to be adopted]] likely helps too]]. As a result, a not insignificant part of fandom latched onto the ship and the relationship was given a FandomNod in the [=DLC=] episode.
* The popular and [[FanPreferredCouple fan-preferred]] pairing of the Playable Character (sometimes called Knight or Ghost) and Hornet from ''VideoGame/HollowKnight''. Might veer into this, [[spoiler:because they may or may not be siblings because of their nature]].
* A small subset of ''[[VideoGame/LifeIsStrange2 Life Is Strange 2]]'' ship Sean & Daniel Diaz, due to the game's heavy focus on their close relationship. Others avoid it, not necessarily due to the incest, but due to their age gap (Sean is sixteen, Daniel is ''nine'').
* [[ThemeNaming Rock and Roll]] (or Franchise/MegaMan and Roll in the West), whose actual connection varies in their [[VideoGame/MegaManLegends various]] [[VideoGame/MegaManBattleNetwork incarnations]]. The same applies to [[HoYay Rock and Blues]] ([[MarketBasedTitle Mega Man and Proto Man]] in the west).
* ''VideoGame/MetalGear'': Solid Snake and Liquid Snake. It only gets worse once Liquid possesses Ocelot, who had a big gay crush on their father, especially since Big Boss is a TrulySingleParent.
* ''VideoGame/{{OMORI}}'': Sunny is sometimes shipped with his sister, Mari, because of the latter's [[CoolBigSis kindly demeanor]] and [[TheGadfly sense of humor]] playing to his [[TheQuietOne quietness]] and their time joined at the hip, which fleshes out their bond more than Mari's with Hero. %%as well as Hero/Kel, although Sunny is more commonly shipped with Basil or Aubrey.
* ''VideoGame/{{Onmyoji}}'' has this going on between Kuromujō and Shiromujō thanks to the former's huge BigBrotherInstinct and the (amnesiac) latter's stating that he has some sort of feelings toward Kuromujō in his in-game autobiography.
* ''Franchise/{{Pokemon}}'':
** Within hours of being leaked, the Striation triplets were subject to this. Even after the reveal that they were brothers, fans still shipped them together in all combinations or all three at once.
** Lusamine from ''VideoGame/PokemonSunAndMoon'' sometimes gets shipped with her children [[spoiler:Gladion and Lillie]]. Her children getting shipped together isn't unheard of, either.
* ''Franchise/ResidentEvil'':
** Alfred and Alexia Ashford in ''VideoGame/ResidentEvilCodeVeronica''. A case where the IncestSubtext is strongly implied to have been intentional from the developers' part. The two Ashford siblings lovingly gaze at each other during the footage Claire watches of them killing a dragonfly. Alfred through the notes/journals found throughout the game indicates having an obsessive infatuation with Alexia as if she was his fiancé, when [[spoiler: he dies after releasing Alexia from her hibernation chamber]] his nude sister is seen patting his hair.
** Some fans in recent years have said that they've felt romantic undertones from [[https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/residentevil/images/a/ae/Chrisclairecvx.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20120130013706 this picture]] of Chris and Claire Redfield that appears after finishing Code Veronica (which displays your playthrough rank). The picture depicts the two Redfield siblings walking very close together past a row of shops, with Claire holding her brother's arm with both looking at each other with a loving and almost dreamy gaze,which some have felt is an unusual way of two adult siblings expressing affection and more typical of two unrelated adults on a date. This is probably [[Main/ValuesDissonance a misinterpretation]] on the part of the fans (and possibly on the part of the artist). (Though the fact that implied incest between the Ashfords was a theme throughout the game probably doesn't help when it comes to avoiding the presumably unintentional vibe since fans who finished the game and saw the picture had the memory of sibling romance fresh in their mind).
* Shadow The Hedgehog and Maria Robotnik from ''VideoGame/SonicTheHedgehog'' have a strong shipping base despite treated like siblings, along with the fact Maria is a little girl [[PosthumousCharacter who has been dead for]] ''[[PosthumousCharacter decades]]'' [[PosthumousCharacter by the start of the series]]. Admittedly many of the works at least age Maria into an adult and transform her into a hedgehog.
* The "Squid Sisters", Callie and Marie, from ''Franchise/{{Splatoon}}'' get shipped a lot. It helps that they are actually [[KissingCousins cousins]], which makes it more acceptable to [[ValuesDissonance varying degrees.]]
* Too much to count from ''VideoGame/SummertimeSaga''. While all incest storylines, of which there are many, were (officially) removed from the game in later updates, players continue to ship them. This even extends to characters who've ''never'' shown any canon interest in each other, such as Mia and her dad.
* ''Franchise/SuperMarioBros'':
** The Mario Bros. themselves have quite a few shippers. The reasons given vary from them being among the very few human males in the canon that aren't outright {{Gonk}}s, to their canonically ''very'' close sibling-like friendship; living together well into adulthood, also doing most activities together out of the house, a tendency for {{Man Hug}}s especially in the ''VideoGame/MarioAndLuigi'' series, and most of Luigi's lines about or aimed at Mario throughout the series being full of [[BigBrotherWorship open admiration]].
** Nintendo [[FlipFlopOfGod can't make up their minds]] about whether Toad and Toadette are siblings, friends, or what. As a result, it is hard to tell how many of their shippers are unaware that they could be relatives, and how many that consider this possibility another reason to ship them.
* ''VideoGame/TheTaleOfFood'': That there are siblings and parents but [[NotBloodSiblings no such thing as biological relation]] among the foodsouls as they don't reproduce only adds fuel to the incest shipping fire. One of the major ships in this fandom is Dézhōu × Ah-Fú.
* In ''VideoGame/TalesOfSymphonia'', [[spoiler:Kratos and Lloyd]] seemed awful subtexty to a lot of people. Some of them didn't {{Abandon Ship|ping}} after [[spoiler:it was revealed that [[LukeIAmYourFather Kratos is actually Lloyd's real father]]]].
* ''VideoGame/TalesOfXillia2'':
** One of the protagonist Ludger Kresnik's most popular ships is with Julius, his brother, termed as "Kresnikcest" after their surname. Adding layers to the incest is that Julius [[PromotionToParent raised Ludger since the latter was five years old]] and they are also [[spoiler:first cousins, sharing the same father with their mothers being sisters.]]
** Rarer is shipping either brother with [[spoiler:their [[ParentalIncest father]], Bisley Bakur]], though it doesn't use the same ship name and tends to be PlayedForHorror.
* In the ''Franchise/TouhouProject'' fandom, every pair (or trio, in the case of the Prismrivers) of sisters is paired with each other to some degree. The Scarlet sisters are by far the most popular target, with the Komeiji sisters being second and working down from there. That said, shipping the Aki sisters with each other may simply be because they have such a small fandom and they don't have enough character interactions (or even [[ShipsThatPassInTheNight potential for interactions]]) to get shipped with anyone else.
* ''VideoGame/ToukenRanbu'': Though the phenomenon of siblings in this game doesn't have a 100% concrete rule behind it since the characters are personified inanimate objects, the rule of thumb is that swords forged by the same smith are almost always brothers. With that in mind:
** Swords forged by Awataguchi Yoshimitsu get shipped with each other a lot, with the most frequent being Ichigo Hitofuri with any of his younger brothers and Namazuo and Honebami with each other.
** Swords in the Sanjō school, as in ''all of them'' as they were all forged by one person, if viewed under the rule of thumb above. Examples include Mikazuki/Kogitsunemaru and Iwatōshi/Imanotsurugi.
** Hachisuka and Nagasone Kotetsu, who are ''[[NotBloodSiblings adoptive]]'' brothers.
** Kasen and Izuminokami Kanesada, while not forged by the same person, have the same surname and belong to the same school. Their ship is nearly as big as massively popular Izuminokami/Horikawa.
* ''VideoGame/TwistedWonderland'':
** [[PolarOppositeTwins Jade and Floyd Leech]] are a popular {{Twincest}} ship, ''especially'' within the Japanese fandom. It doesn't help that both twins are somewhat wild and mischievous, or that Jade is known to spoil Floyd and indulge his childish behaviour due to wanting Floyd's happiness more than anything.
** While almost entirely within the Japanese fandom, Leona is sometimes shipped with his young nephew Cheka, as Cheka adores him as a CoolUncle and demands his attention despite Leona being less than fond of him. However, due to {{Squick}} implications arising from Cheka's age (plus child pornography being banned on sites like pixiv), most doujin, fanarts and fics for this ship drastically [[AgeLift age him up]] or are set in the future.
** Leona has also been shipped with older brother Falena, who's never appeared in the present and doesn't even have a design.
** Lilia has been shipped with Malleus, Silver and/or Sebek, all his godsons.
* ''VideoGame/{{Undertale}}'':
** Sans/Papyrus (aka [[IdiosyncraticShipNaming Fontcest]]) is one of the more popular pairings of the game (despite Sans also having undergone the LauncherOfAThousandShips treatment).
** Parts of the fandom also ship [[spoiler: Asriel Dreemur]] with his [[NotBloodSiblings adoptive sibling]], [[spoiler: The First Fallen Child/Chara]], due to his actions throughout the game being borderline {{Yandere}} and the implication that [[spoiler: Asriel]] is the [[MoralityPet one thing]] [[spoiler: Chara]] [[MoralityPet genuinely loves and cares about]]. Not to mention, that as [[spoiler: Flowey]], he comes off a bit as a StalkerWithACrush [[spoiler: towards the player character [[WishfulProjection that may stem from him mistaking them as Chara]]]].
