* There's something fundamentally heartwarming about the almost childlike wonder and surprise every one in the cluster shows when they experience each other's homes, particularly Riley seeing Nairobi and Chicago, or Wolfgang and Kala experiencing Mumbai and Berlin together.

* The entire cluster watching Riley's father perform, and flashing back to their own births. Though it then goes into MoodWhiplash when [[spoiler:Riley also remembers her own baby's birth and death, and faints.]]
** Particular mention to the births of Riley (her father was away from home, but the played piano over the phone to Riley's mother and even directly to Riley herself as she was crowning), and Will (his father couldn't get to the hospital in time, so he delivered his son himself on the side of the road).

** Will stepping in the help Kala defend herself.

** The moment where Sun trips up a bully, to stop her from stealing the work of the woman whowas kind to Sun and taught her to sew.

* Riley giving the money from Nyx's safe to the blind piano player was extremely touching, especially because of how much money she gave up. [[spoiler: Her kindness almost bites her in the ass later when Nyx tracks her down.]]

* Although it's also a major tearjerker, Nomi's conversation with Lito in the art gallery, where she helps convince him to be okay with himself.

* Kala's family are all so supportive of her it really is lovely to see, especially in relation to characters like Nomi, Sun, and Wolfgang, who don't have great relationships with their families.

** The moment where Sun trips up a bully, to stop her (as usual) stealing the sewing work of the woman who's been kind and taught her (Sun) to sew.

* The relationship between Lito, Hernado and Daniella. While she originally acted as TheBeard to cover for Lito's relationship with Hernado, the three developed into a warm and supportive relationship with one another.

** The moment where Sun trips up a bully, to stop her (as usual) stealing the sewing work of the woman who's been kind and taught her (Sun) to sew.

* Sun's interactions with her cellmates. They may be murderers, but they treat her more like family from the moment they meet her than her father and brother ever did.

** The heartwarming feeling only increases when Sun and Capheus show up to watch the fireworks. They are each in a bad situation, so it's great that their connection allows them to take a small break from their suffering.

* Capheus' interactions with he other Sensates tend to count for quite a few of these. Despite his own problems he's always ready to listen and offer advice.

** Sun has to many moments to write them all down, but especially when she steps in to help save Capheus on numerous occasions.
* Although its also a major tearjerker, Nomi's conversation with Lito in the art gallery, where she helps convince him to be okay with himself.

** Particular mention to the births of Riley (her father had to play a concert, but the performance was radioed to the delivery room and even directly to Riley herself as she was crowning), and Will (his father couldn't get to the hospital in time, so he delivered his son himself on the side of the road).
* When ever the cluster starts working in tandem to save one of the others.

* Capheus interactions with he other Sensates tend to count for quite a few of these. Despite his own problems he's always ready to listen and offer advice.

* When Riley returns to Iceland, her father greets her at the airport with a ukulele, singing Baba O'Riley. Riley was very, very happy. [[spoiler: That song is a TearJerker the second time he sings it because she is in a coma, and the BPO is closing in.]]

* Rajan surprisingly turning out to be a genuine NiceGuy who really does love Kala, rather than the {{Jerkass}} RomanticFalseLead most people probably expect at the start of the story.

One such woman verbally attacks her at the Pride festival, using Nomi's status as a trans woman to insult her and dismiss her opinion. Amanita defends her and Nomi stalks off crying. Nomi later says she wasn't crying because she was upset by the insult, but because no one had ever defended her before. She sites that as the moment she knew she was in love with Amanita.

** Will helping Nomi escape the hospital

** All of them teaming up to save Riley

** Will warning Wolfgang that his uncle is wearing body armour
** Lito and Wolfgang helping one another with their respective enemies

* Amanita complete acceptance of Nomi's situation as a sensate. She never even considers that Nomi may be loosing her mind, she just instantly believes her and wants to help.

* Capheus always telling his mother that he thinks today is going to be a good day with a big smile on his face.
