** She had to have been up half the night laying out string, and somehow managed to start in Anna's room without Anna noticing.

** She wrote (or had someone write) a special song that not only says how special Anna is to her, but even acknowledges what Anna had gone through for Elsa.

** There's also a bit of fridge heartwarming somewhere there; remember that the last time we see Marshmallow interacting with anybody else at all (Anna, Kristoff, Hans, the Arendelle soldiers), he's being strictly hostile. Here, sure, he may be more dumbfounded upon seeing the snowgies than anything, but he's hospitable enough to Kristoff, Sven and Olaf (and the snowgies), not to mention that Kristoff goes up the mountain without Elsa or Anna (the former is probably the only person who can rein Marshmallow). It can be surmised that some time between the end of the film and this one, the three went up the ice castle and now they are friends.

* How about Oaken giving Anna and Elsa the cold remedy for free. It's the thought that counts and all, but he was perfectly willing to give them something for free; likely because it was Anna's birthday and because his queen was sick, so it shows that he's loyal to the two royal sisters and still willing to give a helping hand.

* And really, the fact that all of Arendelle was in on Elsa's plans. It shows that, not only are the people of Arendelle grown since the last film, it shows how much the two sisters impacted the city and likely the citizens all love their queen and princess.
