(Despite not remembering their past.) So much so that she isn't even perturbed by a villain that Singularity leads to her doorstep, instead immediately leaping to defend Singularity from the threat. Even more sweet is that Shulkie calls her "little blue friend" several times during the fight, showing how much of NiceGirl She-Hulk is.
