** Dr. Wade works for the Jefferson Parish Coroner's Office. This means that navy and military personnel aren't the only cadavers to turn up in the morgue.

* The whole premise for Season 3's story arc is that Hamilton is plotting to have Clearwater flooded to drive people out, freeing up the land for a new multibillion dollar port and shipyard. He's willing to have a congressional committee chair assassinated because she would have rejected the New Orleans site for the Navy shipyard in favor of Baltimore. Hamilton evidently assumes that she's the ''only'' person who will question the selection of New Orleans, so eliminating her will guarantee the port deal once Clearwater is evacuated. So why doesn't it ever occur to him that a lot ''more'' people in Washington are bound to lose faith in the New Orleans site as a potential building location, if said site has been catastrophically flooded ''twice in a dozen years''?

* In "Insane in the Membrane", while discussing the Petty Officer's death, Dr. Wade shows Pride and co. three other people who died similarly to the Petty Officer. Except those three were civilians. What makes those three fatalities Dr. Wade's jurisdiction? I thought she was an NCIS employee?
