** Because '''there is nothing beyond that'''. "Oh you have this really good skill? Now I have it too, along with every other skill I have seen (and, eventually, only heard of) and can use them to 120% of their capability." The End. Boom. Finite. Minus and Abnormalities going against her would only make her stronger. Not to mention the already eistent Mary Sue-Like qualities Medaka already has.
* Why would the school have such ridiculous battle-based rules? I know it's a shounen manga but isn't that rather um... Not needed?

* There's something that's always confused me about Iihiko. I don't believe they ever explained the full nature of his powers. Of course they told us repeatedly that the injuries that he induces on people cannot heal but that and super strength can't be his only powers seeing as he killed Ajimu(who among many other story braking abilities can create a universe, become the Devil and become God).Am I missing something? What other kind of abilities did Iihiko have to be able to not only beat Ajimu but to defeat her repeatedly?
* What the heck is a Not-Equal supposed to be. All of the other types of characters seem easy enough. Normals being normal people, Specials being normal people with incredible talents, Abnormals being for all intents and purposes people with superpowers, Minuses being people with powers that negatively affect their lives and personalities and Stylists being people who have word based powers. What I don't feel the series ever clearly explained was what Not equals are supposed to be. Looking at all of the Not equals in the series I see that none of them have a single thing in common with there being two godlike beings, one girl with disease powers and five girls with no powers at all. Anyone care to shed some light on this.
* I never really understood where the Medaka characters' powers come from. Are they born with them or did the Flask plan create them? If they're born with them, then how exactly does the Flask Plan intend on creating the perfect human if they can't control whether they're born with powers or not? Are there certain circumstances that determine what kind of powers someone will have?

* Why did they call Medaka's abnormality "The End"? It seems to me that it's more of a "Total Control" or "Absolute Mastery". The best reasoning behind "The End" is that it's a sort of "Finished Product" where everyone else just have a prototype of that skill, she then takes it as her own and turn it into a finished product.

** I believe its more of the fact he was given eyes that had Parasite Seeing, that he still retains the eyes to see normally but isn't able to see other people's view now.

** I believe it has something to do with how Model Zenkichi works. This lets him see his own limits, so it lets him see what he is capable of. Thus FridgeLogic tells us that if he can see what he '''can''' do, in order to succeed all he needs to do is act on that. For example if someone throws a punch he is theoretically capable of blocking it, even if he can't see it. Thus he won't actually see them throw it in the way you and I do, he will see whether or not he is capable of blocking it, and if he can how he would do it. Then he does that, and blocks it. Or hell, maybe Model Zenkichi or Anshin'in just fixed his vision for him. OccamsRazor would dictate the latter.
