* If the people in the Lodge are familiar with [[spoiler:the Slurp() function]] and what it does (it's mentioned that Araki is an expert on it) why do they all act as if [[spoiler:Zarah coming out of the Internet as a physical person]] is odd? They clearly already know that [[spoiler:the Internet exists as an actual place that physical matter can enter and exit]], so it should be obvious how it happened. Plus there's the whole business with [[spoiler:Ivan's disappearance and subsequent visit to Sebastian]], which they noted as sounding similar to it. You'd think they'd check to see if that's what the laser did.
