** Practical reasons. If someone manage to pull your pants down, your mobility is dropped to zero. A short skirt? Just jump out of it, kick ass, and then get it back to pull up later on. If anything, her outfit might be the most practical suit for Bugged One fights seen so far. Since there isn¨t really much to grab unless one manage to restrain her and at that point, pulling the skirt down is the least of one's options.
