** Despite only appearing as the FinalBoss of the part, Alternate!Diego Brando is one as well. He lacks the redeeming and sympathetic qualities of his main counterpart, instead being more in line with Dio's cruel and vindictive personality. In his battle with Johnny he uses his own fangirls as {{Human Shield}}s, and having the audacity to [[NeverMyFault blame Johnny]] when one of them gets killed in the process. And like Dio did with Erina in Part 1, he tries to force himself on Lucy. [[TheDogBitesBack Only this time]], Lucy is the one who gets the honour of finishing Alternate!Diego off.

** Even in a cast full of ruthless murderers and gangsters, Cioccolata could very well be the vilest and most depraved of the lot. He's a MadDoctor who gets kicks from torturing his patients in gratuitous fashion and even drove elderly patients to the point they committed suicide. Everyone in-universe, [[EvenEvilHasStandards even Diavolo]], are absolutely disgusted with him and consider him scum. He then goes on a cataclysmic killing spree while bragging how watching death and suffering of others is the true source of happiness in life. It's only fitting that he's subjected to the most violent and drawn-out punishment in the series by far, a ''seven page/30 seconds'' NoHoldsBarredBeatdown at the hands of Giorno.

** Diavolo, the BigBad, rivals DIO in cruelty and ruthlessness. But while DIO can be an entertaining and even likable villain for his charisma and over-the-top villainy, Diavolo lacks such traits. He's a [[TheParanoiac paranoid psychopath]] who is willing to murder his own daughter just to protect his identity and a cold-blooded psychopath who makes a gruesome example of anyone who dares to breach his privacy. Oh, and he's also a mafia boss who ignores every ethic guidelines set to other mafiosi by having his criminal empire selling drugs to children.

** You'd be hard-pressed to find anyone who's a fan of Vanilla Ice, a sadistic HeroKiller who [[spoiler: murders Avdol]] and brutally [[spoiler: [[KickTheDog beats Iggy to death]]]] for an ''[[DisproportionateRetribution extremely]]'' [[EvilIsPetty petty reason]] [[spoiler: (making him accidentally destroy a sand image of Dio Iggy created).]]

** [[Characters/JoJosBizarreAdventureDIO Dio Brando]] is the first and most notable example. In his debut alone, virtually every single moment is dedicated to him tormenting his foster brother Jonathan and making his life a living hell. This includes [[KickTheDog kicking Jonathan's beloved dog]] Danny and tossing him into a furnace, nearly gouging out his eye in a boxing match, and stealing Erina's first kiss. He is loathsome, arrogant and cruel, which makes him a despicable person such that the audience would obviously root for Jonathan. Inexplicably, Dio would end up becoming a BreakoutVillain, ''because'' of how cruel he is.

** Alessi is the most unlikable, petty and obnoxious of the Egypt 9 Glory Gods faced by Jotaro and crew after their arrival in Egypt. While there are moments where his {{Jerkass}}ery is PlayedForLaughs and his [[LaughablyEvil sheer incompetence is somewhat entertaining to watch]], he is still quite a despicable scumbag which is given for a cowardly child abuser. He easily rivals Steely Dan when it comes to being a reprehensible piece of work which is further emphasized when he gets his ass handed to him by freakin' ''kid'' Jotaro!

She uses her Stand ability to shrink Jolyne and orders her to help with her prison escape. When things don't go as planned, she tries tricks Jolyne into getting caught by the prison guards to have her executed for 'betraying her trust'. Gwess gets her just deserts, courtesy of Jolyne's newly awakened Stand, Stone Free, giving her a rightful beating.

He is vulgar, sloppy and throws racial slurs at Smokey and mocks the restaurant for allowing African-American customers. His terrible behavior eventually comes to bite him in the ass when Erina allows Joseph to fight him and when defeated, even the restaurant patrons clap at Joseph for putting the bastard in his place.

Even the eccentric Rohan has nothing but contempt for him, finding him poor writing material that no one would care for.

** Despite being only a character in a flashback, Narancia's "friend" is one. He framed Narancia for assaulting an old lady, which was already bad enough. But he goes even further by spreading rumours that Narancia's eye infection in prison was inherited from his mother, which causes everyone to avoid him, for no reason other than he could. But the worst part of it all? He's a KarmaHoudini who gets no onscreen comeuppance for all the crap he put Narancia through.

** Anjuro "Angelo" Katagiri, despite being a StarterVillain, quickly establishes himself as the darkest villain in the franchise so far. Much like J. Geil, he's a murderer and a SerialRapist, but actually could be ''even worse''. So much so that even Jotaro is unnerved by his wanton cruelty, which included raping and murdering three teenage boys. His [[AndIMustScream ultimate punishment]] at the hands of Josuke was well-deserved.

** Also a flashback only character, this time anime exclusive, is Fugo's university professor who kept repeatedly harassing or even ''molesting'' Fugo who was only ''thirteen'' at the time. He even tried to pressure him into giving him sexual favors in exchange for telling him what's in the next exam which triggered Fugo into beating him senseless with an encyclopedia. Worse yet, much like Narancia's "friend", the professor gets no on-screen comeuppance for his actions and Fugo is arrested and abandoned by his parents as a result.

** Dio's abusive drunkard father Dario is no slouch in this department either. He constantly abused his wife during their marriage and mistreated Dio his entire youth and overall, showcased smug, toxic and dominating behavior over his entire family. He then proceeds to milk George Joestar's kindness by forcing Dio to become his foster son in the hopes of retaining their family fortune. It's arguable whether or not Dio would have become the sadistic megalomaniac he is now if it weren't for his horrible father's upbringing, but its thanks to him that Dio and Jonathan met each other in the first place. Dario is easily one of the most loathsome and unlikable characters in the series which makes his murder at the hands of Dio one of his more justifiable actions.

Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventure has LoadsAndLoadsOfCharacters, of literally different shapes and sizes. And there are some who are just [[HateSink meant to be loathed by everyone]].

** Probably the most notable example of the part would be Steely Dan, who would probably give Rubber Soul a run for his money in the SmugSnake department. The episodes he's in are dedicated to him being TheBully by forcing Jotaro to do his every whim such as using him as a human bridge, framing him for robbery, and [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking scamming Joseph with overpriced kebabs]]. As a result, his NoHoldsBarredBeatdown is absolutely satisfying to watch.
