* Jen's latest client is Bobo, a chimpanzee who was mutated into being more intelligent and humanoid than the High Evolutionary. However, Bobo still retains some aspects of his animal instincts such as throwing poop at people, which him his third strike. He argues it is in his nature to throw poop at people. When Jen tells him that using that argument will simply mean he will be put in a zoo instead of jail, he flips out and attacks her prompting Pug to step in.

** The case of the week is Jen and Mallory defending a man against murder, with the victim's ghost offering to testify on plaintiff's behalf. As you can imagine, the comic exploits the Marvel Universe's [[DeathIsCheap lack of consequences when it comes to death]] for laughs.
*** The prosecution argues that the deceased cannot give testimony in a court. Jen and Mallory counter by calling Ben Grimm, who had recently died and come back to life, to the stand. Ben also lists a number of superheroes who have died, including She-Hulk who has died twice.
*** The prosecution argues that Ben's testimony has no bearing on the case, citing that dying and coming back to life is something that happens to superhumans and not ordinary people. Jennifer then cites the case of [[ComicBook/TheInfinityGauntlet Thanos v. The Universe]], in which Thanos killed half the universe and then they were brought back to life. Jen then asks everyone in the courtroom who died and came back during the event to raise their hand. One of these people is a member of the prosecution team, much to the annoyance of the lead prosecutor.
*** The victim, Bailey Briggs, has trouble being sworn in as a witness because his hand keeps passing through the bible.
