*** This was my first reaction too, except the same explanation would have to hold since Pound Cake and Pumpkin Cake, the twins, are a pegasus and a unicorn, respectively.

* The entire sequence based on the classic ''Series/ILoveLucy'' conveyor belt sketch. Complete with Pinkie Pie piling cherries onto her and Fluttershy's toques, and planting herself at the end of the belt to fill up her mouth.

* When they wave Applejack off, Pinkie calls out and tells her to drink Sassparilla. When the others give her a WTH look, she goes "What? It gives you extra sass!"

* During the song, one part has Rainbow Dash with her tongue out, and thrusting her arms.

* In the first attempt to get Cheerilee and Big Mac together, Cheerilee leans in close to Big Mac, causing the girls to think she's about to make a move. Her real reason for doing so? Big Mac had something stuck in his teeth. Sweetie Belle jumps out of a bush, screaming a frustrated [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yu_RmSJxtUE "OH, COME ON!"]], followed by Scootaloo popping out and pushing her backdown.

* No prizes for guessing what makes this scene funny:

The Mom is a short, chubbier (using the same design as Mrs. Cake), less-shrill-sounding FranDrescher with a beehive hair-do.

* Really, the entire scene in and around the library is one long CMOF. Twilight's reactions to being the [[OnlySaneMan Only Sane Pony]] and rapidly reaching the end of her tether are always worth a giggle (see also: "Bridle Gossip", "Swarm of the Century" and "Feeling Pinkie Keen", among others). TaraStrong always comes through with beautiful snark.

** Then while they're giving it to her, it collapses on top of them. They keep talking as if they don't notice.

* The song Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash sing has some amusing moments, from Rainbow Dash's snarky reactions to Fluttershy's suggestions for pets ("Cutesy-wootsy? Have you even met me?") to a tortoise in the background putting on sunglasses when Rainbow Dash asks for "cooler" suggestions for flying pets.

** The "Have you even met me?" line is even better when you realize that they probably met before anypony else. Twilight is from Canterlot, Pinkie is from a rock farm, and [[TomboyAndGirlyGirl Applejack and Rarity]] don't seem like they'd run in the same circles without somepony binding them together.
