**The reveal that the Gnostic Elder you find in "The Pyramid of the Forbidden" is actually just a janitor. Keen's face after the man asks him if he's not mad about this reveal is what really sells it.
**One of the Gnostic Elders is trapped under water in the "Well of Wishes" level. As such, the standard message you get when rescuing one of them is replaced by one that makes it pretty clear the guy has trouble speaking while under water.
