* In Chapter 57, Victarion's duel with a knight of House Bulwer leads to him getting the knight's sword, and the knight getting Victarion's axe. With neither combatant comfortable using an unfamiliar weapon, and in an uncharacteristic show of chivalry, they pause the duel long enough to trade back each other's weapons, and then resume.
