** Aruto's father is explicitly shown to have a different style of mechanical ears, so he's likely to be a prototype made at the time before the law is fully implemented, unlike Seine. Furthermore, the original Seine died 3 years ago, and there's implication that the [=HumaGear=] Seine is only ordered somewhat recently, so she couldn't have given any permission.

* We find out in episode 6 that Jin is a [=HumaGear=] created by Horobi. And that much like any of the others, he can be reprogrammed, as when Jin beings to show signs of doubt, Horobi slaps the ForceRiser on him, returning him to his "typical" self. Where's the Fridge Horror in this? Well, how do we know this is the first time that Horobi has done this to Jin?

I'm hiding that part because there's Aruto's Humagear father, plus, I can't find any preview mentioning the illegality, so it might be just someone's misinterpretation. Either way, hiding it until next episode airs and we know for sure.

It's not just the DX toy, that's how it's supposed to be in the series as well, since the toy is obviously based on the series.

* Isamu's problems with opening his own Progrise Keys may actually be explained by the DX toys released - both the Zero-One Driver and [=ShotRiser=] have an additional step (holding the Key over one corner of the Zero-One Driver, and pushing it into the [=ShotRiser=] ''before unfolding'') that makes the Driver go "Authorise" before the more elaborate sounds. Something that Isamu's been skipping over all this time.

* The Magias themselves are a walking fridge horror. [=HumaGears=] are intended to be modeled on humans and are for the most part human-like. The first three episodes are bad enough, but when a Magia turns a [=HumaGear=] mook from let’s say, an elementary school teacher or a babysitter, and also the example of the tour guide in episode 4, not only children would be scarred physically provided they survive, but mentally as well; the fact that the Magias suddenly betray their wards and attack them would have unfortunate consequences. This might cause children to distrust both [=HumaGears=] ''and'' human adults alike.

* Isamu forcing open his Progrise Key for his default transformation implies two possibilities of how his equipment works:
** He would have gotten the Key authorised to open anyways if he inserted it into the Shot Riser first (like how Yua does it), but he is too hot-blooded of an idiot to realise it.
** Forcing it open forces the Key to shift into "authorised" mode and activates it for full use, much like how the Force Riser would force-activate Progrise Keys. Also being able to easily force it open with one hand now essentially implies he ''broke the lock'' on it.
