* Recommended by [[Tropers/{{NaomiHansen}} Naomi Hansen]]
* Synopsis: The bare facts are that Holmes thinks Watson is snubbing him for some reason, but Watson is planning a surprise for Holmes.
* It's a short, simple little PWP fic (that doesn't seem to follow any specific canon), but… God, I'm still blushing just thinking about it, and this is coming from a reader that takes pride in keeping calm through stuff like this. It's certainly recommended, although for you younger readers, let it be known that it ''is'' rated NC-17 by the author.

* Comments: For all your Holmes/Watson shipping needs. Katie's fics are long, plotty, incredibly detailed and emotionally resonant. She has an excellent knowledge of the canon and the period; several stories deal with canonical incidents - and how they may have occurred differently than Watson chose to record them - and historical events ([[http://www.liquidfic.net/fullofgrace.html Full of Grace]] deals with Oscar Wilde's imprisonment; [[http://www.liquidfic.net/presburyletters.html The Presbury Letters]] with WorldWarOne). My personal favorite is [[http://www.liquidfic.net/threefavours.html The Three Favors]], which deals with Holmes' return to London after Reichenbach.
