* GreenEyedMonster:
** Iris gets very jealous when Barry ends up making his relationship with Patty permanent, going delusional in her mind, as she'd hoped she'd one day get with him, but now there is no chance.
** Inverted with Lana Lang, who is genuinely happy for Clark and Lois, and even calls Iris out over her immaturity in what is essentially a similar situation. It gets so bad that Lois and Lana have to slap some sense into Iris due to how selfishly she is behaving.

* AdaptationalAngstUpgrade: Steve Rogers is still exactly like he is in canon, but his mental state is explored much more, showing that he is a ShellShockedVeteran underneath everything.

* GodzillaThreshold: A Tonberry is the hardest foe until that point the Avengers end up facing, with only a joint attack by Clark Kent and Thor being able to take it down.

** Sora's and Riku's 'Eternal Session' was very effective against Xemnas, and even split the Whisper Bahamut back into Whisper Rubrum, Whisper Croceo and Whisper Viridi. But when they try it on Sephiroth, while it does stagger him back, he recovers immediately and shrugs it off.

Added DiffLines:

* DarkerAndEdgier: This story's portrayal of MCU Captain America is quite darker compared to how the MCU does it. Cap is still exactly the same guy that he is in canon, but the story focuses on his dark side too, alluding to the dark things he'd to do in World War II, by also showing his actions during the Umbara Arc, and he is also shown to be a ShellShockedVeteran, many things in Umbara reminding him of World War II. Not to mention his NoHoldsBarredBeatdown of Krell after he finds out about the Jedi's treachery. Then there is his breakdown over all the war he has seen shortly after he returns to his world. The MCU did touch upon some of his trauma, and alluded to some of the unsavory things he'd to do in World War II, but not in this much detail.
