"Ultimate Secret Wars" is a FixFic based on the events of ComicBook/JonathanHickmansAvengers and ''ComicBook/SecretWars2015'', with a twist: it is not focused on the characters of the main Marvel universe, but on those of the ComicBook/UltimateMarvel one. The story in the 616 universe still took place as seen, but in the Ultimate one Nick Fury does not trust the Maker, and instructs Sue Storm to secretly watch over him. The ComicBook/UltimateFF discover the incursions, and the Maker reveals that there is a last one upcoming. Fury, the FF, ComicBook/MilesMorales, the ComicBook/UltimateXMen and the ComicBook/AllNewUltimates convene to discuss their options and come up with a solution. Peter Parker was not called because nobody knows that he's still alive (except Miles, who's keeping the secret), but he has to face the crisis anyway.

* MissingTheGoodStuff: "Into the Spider-Verse" starts narrating a scene of the episode "The Paris Plan" of ''Series/LaCasaDePapel''. Actually, it was the Watcher of Earth-65 (who, unlike mainstream Uatu, usually neglects his duties and watches TV instead). He was interrupted right when the Professor was about to explain his plan to free Lisbon from the police custody.

* NotUnderTheParentsRoof: [[Characters/MilesMorales Bombshell]] and Ganke want to have a "last sex before the apocalypse" with Miles Morales and Gwen Stacy, but aunt May put a halt to it. "There will be no hanky-panty in this house. Not even in the face of Armageddon."

* NotUnderTheParentsRoof: ComicBook/{{Bombshell}} and Ganke want to have a "last sex before the apocalypse" with Miles Morales and Gwen Stacy, but aunt May put a halt to it. "There will be no hanky-panty in this house. Not even in the face of Armageddon."

** ''ComicBook/OldManLogan'' ended with a SequelHook that promised Logan on a killing spree of villains in Battleworld. The sequel, however, was a Secret Wars tie-in that had him jumping across bizarre domains and finally landing in the 616 universe. The "the Big Fat Kill" chapter, although still a "tie-in" to Secret Wars (in the sense that is part of a bigger story set in Secret Wars), stays in the Wastelands and kills loads and loads of villains.

* FixFic: Ultimate Peter Parker is visited by Mephisto, who proposes him a bargain similar to the one he proposed to 616 Peter in ''ComicBook/OneMoreDay''. Peter rejects it. Do we need to add something else?

* TwistedEchoCut: Sue's opinion of what to do with the Maker mirrors the opinion of Black Panther about Namor, casually in the same event that dropped the Cabal into the Ultimate world.

* KillHimAlready: Dr. Doom was not interested in Sue's little talk with the Maker: if it was for him, they would have executed him right away, when he was still unconcious.

** You probably won't find many fan fictions that mentions stuff like plate tectonics, the roche limit, force of impact, or citations from ''Literature/TheArtOfWarSunTzu'' and the ''Literature/BookOfRevelation''.
** The news events that Tony Stark mentions, when pointing that nobody was saying anything about the incursion that the Maker ended, are things that were in the news when those comics were published in real time.
