** The High Evolutionary has Todoroki, Hagakure, Koji, and Komori wanting to study their abilities.
** Doctor Octopus has Iida, Shoji, Mineta, and Kamakiri. Doc Ock shows special interest in Iidas' engines seeing it as a way to improve his arms.
** The Kingpin has Kirishima, Ojiro, and Kendo. Fisk plans to restart the [[SuperRegistrationAct Superhuman Registration Act]] after learning how the MHA Heroes operate, believing it will provide him the means to control the heroes of NY.
** M.O.D.O.K. and A.I.M. have Jirou, Mina, Kaminari, and Kaibara. M.O.D.O.K. plans to utilize the abilities of Jirou, Mina, and Kaibara for A.I.M.'s adaptoids and use Kaminari as a power source.
** Simon Krieger and Roxxon have Yaoyorozu, Kodia, Sato, and Tetstetsu wanting to exploit their powers.
** Baron Zemo and his wing of HYDRA purchased Uraraka, Asui, and Rin. However, they're rescued by both Captain Americas (Steve and Sam) alongside Sharon Carter.
* BattleCouple: Absorbing Man and Titania are this.
* CorruptPolitician: The Kingpin is the mayor of New York City.
* CurbStompCushion: The students and teachers of 1-A put up a good fight against the Marvel villains, but are still defeated.
* TheDreaded: The Power Broker fears only one of his customers: [[spoiler:Doctor Doom]].
* EnemyCivilWar: HYDRA is mentioned to be in a power struggle with the biggest players being Baron Zemo and the Red Skull. However, the weaker factions with one being led by Madame Viper are willing to take advantage of the chaos.
* GreaterScopeVillain: The mysterious Power Broker is responsible for taking Class 1-A and 1-B and other Pro Heroes.
* HappilyMarried: Peter and MJ are married in this continuity and even have a baby daughter.

* UltimateUniverse: The Marvel Universe in this story appears to be a mishmash of sorts, mostly utilizing 616. However, certain aspects, such as Mary Jane Watson being a reporter instead of a model/actress, come from the Insomniac series.
