* PragmaticVillainy: Emperor Molt doesn't care about the Empire's peasants on a personal level, but he protects them from the demons as they are still vital for stabilizing the Empire with producing food and soldiers.

* AgonyOfTheFeet: Tirus' left foot is badly wounded from stepping on a glass shard while running away from the demon massacre. He is forced to painfully remove the debris from his soles in order to prevent infection.

* PragmaticVillainy: Emperor Molt doesn't care about the Empire's peasants on a personal level, but he protects the peasants from the demons as they are vital for stabilizing the Empire with food and soldiers.
