Removing per here. Neither has a canon love interest and as such can't be this.

* From Hawkeye, the pairing of Kate and Yelena is very popular that some fans are willing to overlook the fact that Yelena was asexual in the comics as long as she ends up with Kate. This is also helped by the fact that Kate's love interest from the comics, America Chavez is played by a teenager who the fandom does not feel comfortable shipping with Hailee Steinfeld.

* Steve's canon love interests are Peggy and Sharon and he ultimately ends up with [[spoiler:Peggy after some time-travel shenanigans in ''Film/AvengersEndgame'']], but it's far more popular to pair him up with Tony or Bucky. Steve/Tony started out as the most popular ship for Steve largely due to their long-running HeterosexualLifePartners relationship in the comics, but Steve/Bucky overtook it after ''Film/CaptainAmericaTheWinterSoldier'' and ''Film/CaptainAmericaCivilWar'' made their relationship the biggest overarching theme and character arc of Steve's film series and it's currently the most written-for MCU pairing on Website/ArchiveOfOurOwn.

* Steve's canon love interests are Peggy and Sharon and he ultimately Steve Rogers ends up with [[spoiler:Peggy after some time-travel shenanigans in ''Film/AvengersEndgame'']], Peggy Carter, while also having ShipTease with her niece Sharon, but it's far more popular to pair ship him up with Tony or Bucky. Steve/Tony started out as the most popular ship for Steve largely due to their long-running HeterosexualLifePartners relationship in the comics, but Steve/Bucky overtook it after best friend Bucky Barnes. This is mainly because ''Film/CaptainAmericaTheWinterSoldier'' and ''Film/CaptainAmericaCivilWar'' made their relationship the biggest overarching theme and character arc of Steve's film series and it's currently series, along with them having a whole lot of HoYay. On Website/ArchiveOfOurOwn, Steve/Bucky is not only the most written-for popular MCU pairing on Website/ArchiveOfOurOwn.pairing, but also the most popular Marvel ship in general.
* Tony Stark is canonically paired with Pepper Potts and, while that is quite popular, it is far more popular to pair Tony with Steve Rogers. This is mainly because of their chemistry in ''Film/TheAvengers2012'' and the fact that they were already a big ship in the comics. While they were eventually overshadowed by Steve/Bucky in regards to Steve, Tony/Steve remains the most popular Tony ship in the fandom.

* Stephen Strange's main LoveInterest in the MCU is Christine Palmer. However, while that pairing does have its fans, most prefer to pair Stephen with Tony Stark. This is for multiple reasons. 1) Most fans feel that with what happens in ''Film/AvengersInfinityWar'', Stephen has far better chemistry with Tony than he does with Christine. 2) Their similar sense of humor. 3) The meta reason is that their actors, Creator/RobertDowneyJr and Creator/BenedictCumberbatch, have both played different versions of Sherlock Holmes. Almost any fanfiction about Stephen pairs him with Tony.
